McDonald’s

I’ve been going here for 40 years. Being the central Greenwich, CT location, they are always the very first to remodel every time a new store format is introduced. They, necessarily maintain the very highest of McDonald’s standards in order to survive, thrive and please the Greenwich clientele.

Every time I go there the fries aren’t ready. Shouldn’t they just make a constant batch it is mcdonalds after all

A yummy way to spend my lunch break. I was also to use a coupon to get a Premium McWrap. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was and that there was actually fresh fruit & vegetable inside!
Service was not the fastest but i was served within about 7 mins of entering the building. Establishment is clean & modern. Food is ‘fresh’ and made to standard.
One last note — the bathrooms were also clean which is not always the case at McDonalds restaurants.

this place has the worst service in the world. When i got into the place all i heard was Spanish being spoken. When i tried to place the order for what i wanted they looked at me like what did you say. I repeated my order several times only to get the wrong items. When i brought this to the attention to the manager all she could do was try to understand what i was saying and try to make it right (which again was the wrong items) I then asked to speak to someone else who could understand English. After about 20 mins they finally got the order right with one thing that was wrong the food was cold. After this i figured that i would be able to get my money back wrong the manager then told me that there was no refunds issued. I am going to end up writing about this to the main office and see where this goes…
