Darling Nails & Spa

I went to this salon yesterday for second time and was very happy with their service. I have done french nails, and it is very strong and shiny. All of my friends loved my nails as i do :). I might keep going to this salon for future !

I am impressed! After posting my initial review, I received a message from management asking that I give them the chance to fix my nails. I returned to Darling nails and Constance was extremely nice in fixing my nails and applying s new coat of polish to all of my nails. I was not charged for the fix. I am very happy with the finished product and I certainly plan to return for my next fill. Thank you Constance and the management for providing such great customer service and quality care.

So I went to Darling nails about a month ago, and they weren’t open even though it was past noon. I wrote a review and within a few days, was contacted by Dann, the manager of the salon. He was concerned that my initial experience wasn’t a good one, and wanted to make it right. So he offered a 10% discount as well as free toe designs if I came back and tried again. First off, that’s great customer service in a time where unfortunately a lot of business just don’t care. I didn’t expect to be contacted, but since I was, I felt he and his salon deserved another chance. I went there this past Sunday and had a very pleasant experience. The salon is nice and clean and has a lot of pedicure chairs and staff. I got a pedicure, while my mother got gel nails and both experiences went great. We were welcomed right off the bat and their work was excellent. My mom hasn’t had her nails look that good in a long time and my feet look beautiful.
I appreciate being contacted by management and am happy to be able to turn their initial review from a negative one to a positive one. I would recommend them to anyone and hope they continue to stay open on Sundays.

I had an amazing experience at darling nails and spa. The ladies there were very sweet and their prices were very reasonably. They were talented and told me to look up any design I wanted and they could do it. They are amazing artists and also perfectionists, which is nice after going to so many salons where the staff is unkind and just wants to get you done and out. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be going back. Again. Very reasonable prices

Great nail salon and experience! Clean and sanitary. Relaxing music and dim lighting. Rose did a fantastic job on my pedi and gel French mani! Best in years!

Very clean, sweet ladies working there. Got the hot wax pedicure and it was very nice. I love that they’re open on Sundays.

This is the best nail shop in town, and with the best prices. Constance is amazing with acrylic and your nails will look perfect no matter what shape you ask for. I am from Cali so I am extremely picky when it comes to my nail techs. She takes her time when doing your nails for fabulous results. The staff is always friendly and welcoming once you come in as well. Not to mention they are open Sunday which is so hard to find here. I love this shop and will never go anywhere else!

I have never experienced such absolutely poor customer service in all of my life! I had visited here two times… both times mediocre service to say the best. But when I scheduled my third appointment and had to call to reschedule as my hair appointment ran an hour behind, then called to unfortunately reschedule again as I was not feeling well… That is where the abuse came in. I was accused of rescheduling my previous appointment 5 times and then canceling which never happened! And told I should just walk in! When I told them I had only rescheduled this appointment once and this was the second time I was called a liar! But yet allowed to reschedule. I arrived over 2 hours before my appointment to tell them I was canceling and would NEVER be back! Another note on my second and now last visit I had to wait over a half hour even though I had an appointment. I was never given a courtesy call that they were running behind. Such very poor customer service. And so very rude! I hate to even give them one star!

I went here yesterday with my daughter to get our brows waxed and ended up staying for a hot oil pedicure! They did a great job on our brows and my hot oil pedicure was fantastic! Soothing atmosphere, very clean and sanitary, great staff. My daughter and I will definitely be returning. I went somewhere else for almost eleven years and now I will be going here.
