Sigh! We waited thirty minutes for a half sandwich. It was not busy at all. When i asked why it took so long, the manager said it was because he was making dough and changing shifts. There were no shift changes that I could see. All the same people behind the bar. Not the best food. Sad.

This is definitely a must for our family! We love the friendly atmosphere. It’s a great place for families or even a casual date in downtown. The pizzas are huge and delicious and the prices are great for a dt gville restaurant. The Parmesan sticks are so good and a must for my teenagers. My husband loves their subs as well when he doesn’t feel like pizza.

This place was really gross, definitely would never eat here or recommend it to anyone I know. He pizza was soggy & to sweet and the meet tasted like it wasn’t cooked enough. After I told them they said s how they make it so I was forced to eat something that I didn’t even enjoy. Never go here!!!

Salty chicken tortilla soup. Grinder was okay. Pizza sauce is too sweet and the crust was a little bit soggy. Not coming back.

Worst customer service. They are just rude and served charred food after 20 mins of waiting. Will never go again.

We called in an order several days ahead of time for a special event but when we went to pick it up not only was it not ready for us but the manager told us he had to use part of our order to fill another person’s and we would have to wait.
Add to this insult our order was incorrect-​short some food!!!
Don’t bother with this place unless you want to experience being «set aside» when someone the manager knows comes in!

This is the best pizza in Greenville. The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce has just the right spices, and the cheese tastes fresh not waxy. We have eaten here many times and only once were we not happy with the quality. The grinders are good too. Would have given them 5 stars, however I am a stickler for cleanliness and they need to do a better job in this area.

Stopped in for lunch with a group of business colleagues. First time eating here and it was very, very good.
Ordered the 8″ pizza with three toppings and side salad. Our orders came out in good time, not terribly fast, but adequate, considering we were a large group 8+ of us. The pizza toppings are delicious. Sauce is just right, very deep tomato flavor, and just right amount of cheese. Salad was very generous for it to be a «side» salad.
We were given a complimentary dessert pizza because one of member of our parties order was not made correctly, for which the server apologized profusely. You can tell the staff definitely care about the customer.
Will definitely be back whenever I’m in Greenville again, and recommend very highly!

Pizza was good. Took a very long time to get the order. The Parmesan cheese at the table had mold in it. Took it to front desk. No apology. Just told me to find another one. No longer serving beer or wine. Not sure if they lost liquor license.

Staff was nice. The owner (I assume he was the franchise owner) was a complete jerk. The food is not as good as the Easley SC location. I will not return to this location. It amazes me the people who open a people oriented business and have ZERO customer service skills.

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. The staff was very friendly. Food was great. Had to go back a second time the next day to take the rest of the family. We were there on 7÷3÷15 and 7÷4÷15.

I can’t speak to their pizza, but their salads are large and filled with fresh ingredients. Along with our salads, my business associate and I were treated to delicious and soft breadsticks and dipping sauce on the house, which was a very nice gesture.

This location was our first experience with bellacinos. We fell in love immediately! The young guys here make delicious food and take care of their customers! The pizza at bellacinos is THE BEST IVE EVER EAT! It’s fantastic!!! All top quality ingredients, top quality taste! Nice downtown atmosphere! Great service! Best pizza in greenville! Their grinders are fabulous too! Highly recommend!

Good tasting pizza parlor food. Calzones were soft, delicious, and baked perfect. Chicken sandwich was toasted perfectly. Son’s pizza looked a bit sorry but he ate it all! Very reasonably prices, cooked to order meals, and place was very busy during workday lunch hour.

We were at the Falls and decided to stroll through downtown. This was one of the first eateries we encountered. We smelled the food before we saw the place, the scent was so inviting we strolled right on in. There is booth and bistro seating. Bistro seating near the windows allows for optimal people watching on Main St. Booth seating is comfy and feels very much like home. It had been a while since I’d indulged in pizza and let me tell you, Bellacino’s satisfied the craving and hit the hunger spot. The slices are flavorful, filling and generous. They offer other menu items but we were pretty full. They also had a little ice cream nook which was very popular the day we went. This place was a nice find on our little journey and we will definitely return.

I am reviewing the pizza and grinders.
The food is excellent, but the service is slow. The price is reasonable. The problem with Bellacino’s is that the other options downtown are amazing and it is only ‘pretty good’. I love the meatball sub, they slice the meatballs thin and the quality is ‘pretty good’.
I guess the problem is the location. I am sure I would review the Easley location as a one-​eyed king, but in downtown Greenville, it just isn’t good enough.

Great downtown location. I was promptly greeted by a friendly staffer and placed my order for a steak salad. The seating area is great with tables and booths of varying sizes and a bar along the wall with great views of Main St.
The salad wasn’t my favorite. The lettuce was all iceberg, the dressing was a pouch of Kens, and the mushrooms and white onions were raw.
I will definitely go back and try a pizza or grinder. I think it’s probably a enter spot than the salad indicated.

Perfect for a quick bite. I have stopped in several times when I was downtown for a few hours and needed to watch the clock. Their service is not super fast but not super slow either. The servers are young college kids who are friendly and have a sense of humor. They will bring your food out to you. I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the salads are mediocre, but I just go for the small personal pizza now and throw on some red pepper flakes. The pizza has that slightly charred flavor that gives it a more authentic taste. Parking is always easier to find on this end of Main Street for some reason during the day, too, so that’s a bonus. The seating is comfortable and no frills. The chairs are heavy wooden chairs and it almost has a cozy pub-​like vibe with dim lighting. You can eat by the windows for people watching or close to the kitchen for privacy if you just want to keep to yourself.

Please note that now I only give 100% vegetarian places 5 stars. I’d give this place 5 stars if it was veg.
I was happy I found Bellacino’s walking around beautiful downtown Greenville. I loved the tree-​lined streets, and this place fit right in. The inside is fantastic. I loved all the detailed décor and woodwork!
The guy who took my order was super-​nice and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for better service. You order your food at the counter, then they bring it to you. I had a small pizza, plain cheese. It was fantastic. I like my pizza well, well, well cooked and they did that perfectly (you’ll see in my picture it’s very brown — but that’s because that’s how I ordered it). It had a nice flavor and the crust was great. I can’t speak for anything else here, because that’s all I had.
Oh, and this was the cheapest meal I have ever had. The personal pizza (plenty for one, and even 2 if you’re not too hungry) and a bladder-​busting Coke — all for just $ 6.50. I couldn’t believe it! Very cheap!
Loved the place! When my travels bring me to Greenville again, I will go back.
