I stayed here for a week while I waited for our house to be ready. Chose this place because they claimed to have a full kitchen so we could cook meals instead of eat out every night. The best qualities of this efficiency hotel is that the reception staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a very inexpensive hotel.
But… You get what you pay for. Our first night we were given the wrong kind of room because the one we reserved had not been cleaned. Both rooms were dumps although our second one was a bit better. Bags of trash sat outside rooms for days on end without being picked up and there was trash in the hallways. Our room was literally falling apart — handles falling off, bathroom door broken, the cover on the heating unit fell off, one of the 2 bar stools was completely broken, cabinet doors were falling off the hinges and one of the stove burners was completely broken. And the fully equipped kitchen had not much more than a microwave, frig and a few plates and cups. No silverware and no cookware. The bathroom was definitely not clean and I’m not sure how clean the beds were…
We could not wait to be able to leave and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. It was a huge lesson for me to be a hit more discerning and next time I will spend more money for as place that truly supports me.
