Just had the new bBQ sandwich. Should be called a coleslaw sandwich! Hardly any BBQ on there. I won’t purchase again. Cookout has a great BBQ sandwich for the same price — with 2 sides!

Bojangles I’ve tried to give you multiple chances but you’ve ruined every single chance. I’m just going to have to stick with locations that I know are good. husband went through drive through. the lady in drive through was very impolite, and tried to give my husband the food without drinks. Only after she shut the door in his face and he sat there for a moment did she open the window back up. He had to remind her he had drinks, a coffee and unsweet tea. She did not give us/offer us creamer, sweetener etc. We get home and things are ok except my husband’s filet was not cooked properly, slightly undercooked and a rubbery texture. Nothing a quick nuke in the microwave couldn’t fix. Still disappointed in this location. So glad we are moving soon, otherwise we would never have a decent Bojangles location.

I work within walking distance of this location and I firmly believe our staff keeps them is business by the sheer amount of food purchased here. If only it were more consistent. When you hit it at the right time like lets say 8am on a weekday prepare to have everything in its right place. Go off cycle, like mid afternoon when my lunch breaks usually are and its shaky at best. Yes, I realize this is fast food but the standard wavers greatly here. Biscuits are great in the AM, the Cajun filet with egg and cheese and Bo Rounds will take care of any hangover. Not a huge fan of the«legendary sweet tea» so I usually go with the carton OJ. When the bologna and/or pork chop biscuits are on the menu they are solid as well. The chicken is good when hot or cold, not luke warm like it’s been prone to being lately. I stick with the dark meat cuts, the drumsticks especially tasty. Sides are usually decent, dirty rice is my favorite but it’s prepared on site so your results may vary. When it comes out soupy it’s amazing. Dry and its a sodium filled, tongue shriveling nightmare. The seasoned fries are devastatingly good when right out of the oil and not overseasoned. I usually pass on them because it’s so hard for them to get it right for some reason. The Bo Rounds are a safer, more consistent potato choice. On a side note I was appalled when Cheerwine was removed from the beverage menu to make room for Patio, a Unilocal red medicinally cherry flavored affair with your monthly allowance of food dyes in a singe cup. I’ll stick with Mountain Dew if I’m going to hurt myself, thank you.

Staff is super nice. Food was usual except the Cajun rice was super dry. They actually have PATIO red soda at this location so you can get a throwback retro soda from the 60’s. The fries are always super crunchy here and they of course will give you extra Cajun seasoning on the side so you can regulate your own salt.

Sorry, Bojangles just keeps getting worse and worse. 2 out of 3 visits have resulted in receiving the wrong order. The chicken tenders are small. The dirty rice tastes stale. The biscuits are nothing special. The best meal I got here was a breakfast sandwich.

Most of the time I enjoy this location. Wasn’t happy with my recent visit. Cold fries and I ordered and egg and cheese biscuit but was given sausage and egg. Mostly good, just always double check your order.

When the man says«trust me», you trust him. It’s that simple. Here’s what else he said: If you get breakfast do cajun chicken biscuit with cheese and Bo’ Rounds. If lunch/dinner do 2 piece dark(thigh & leg) cajun style w/biscuit, seasoned fries(trust me), and dirty rice. I stopped by for an early dinner since I hadn’t slept much the night before and knew I’d be going to bed quite soon after getting back to my hotel… aka 8pm, like an 85 year old grandma boss. Naturally I got the dinner option Justin recommended; trust is so important in a relationship. Fried chicken is somewhat of a new discovery for me. Sure, growing up PWT I’d eaten KFC before, but the smell always nauseated me I haven’t had it in at least 15 years. With my new found appreciation, and a growing taste, for good fried chicken, I was a bit perturbed that Justin *highly* recommended I try it from a fast food place. I did and it was actually quite good! Nice and crispy on the outside, yet the meat inside tasted like chicken, not fried and fatty. The rest of the meal proved exceedingly more than adequate as well. The fries were great — full of flavor and nice and spicy from the Cajun seasoning. Eating them with the honey mustard made them even better for a sweet/spicy/tangy effect. The dirty rice was meaty and not dry at all. Eating the biscuit the meal came with in addition to the fries and rice was overly carby but so worth it. If I hadn’t been so busy stuffing my face I would have asked for butter for the biscuit. Even without the biscuit was awesome. Next time I’m in North Carolina I will definitely try a biscuit breakfast sandwich. As a way to better summarize just how good this meal was, two guys who may be more partial to appreciating fried chicken than others(that’s the PC way of being stereotypical…) walked in and saw me going savage on the fried chicken and gave me a look like«damn girl, it’s no gonna fly away from you.» Yeah, for fast food fried chicken, it’s pretty damn good. Trust me.

Bojangles is delicious! Classic country food here, no frills, no surprises: it’s fast food. The fried chicken is crispy and greasy(I prefer a bit less), the cajun fries are salty/spicy, and the dirty rice has sausage in it. ‘Nuff said. But the biscuits, oh my, the biscuits! So buttery, flaky, and warm. Don’t forget your half gallon of sweet tea! On my recent visit, the staff was friendly and service was quick. Bottom Line: Great fast food fix for southern food!
