I can’t say enough about Kate and her team at Rust. We were in an accident in Virginia and had to have our car shipped back to MA. Insurance company and agent provided zero guidance or service. Throughout the process Kate was outstanding. She told us what to expect, got us a quote and called regularly to let me know what was happening. Car was delivered exactly when they said and for the price quoted. They were outstanding and a relief in a tense situation!

We had Rust ship my wife’s Audi from New Hampshire to Florida. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. The staff and and the driver were all wonderful. Highly recommended.

I had to use Rust car movers at the last minute due to some issue with the original company. Excellent service and they delivered the car in 12 hours as originally promised.

I don’t normally write reviews on businesses but I really felt like I should commend Rust Auto Shippers on the service, speed, and professionalism in which they served me.
Originally I contacted another car carrier company to ship my car across country because they were 1 – 200 dollars cheaper and they hand more reviews on their site. I called them and they were extremely eager to take down my credit card information and charge some sort of application or reservation fee. Thankfully I later realized that I accidentally read an incorrect string of digits off on my card and was consequently never charged. After I faxed them the necessary documents to get my ducks in a row and arrange for my vehicle to be picked up (this all happened within a couple hours), I never heard from them again. I called back after a week to check on my status and left a message. I called the following week after that and left another. No response.
After this less than favorable experience (and waiting about a month for a response), I decided I needed to try another transport company to get my car moving. I contacted Rust Auto Shippers and corresponded with Darlene, filled out the appropriate paperwork, and called her every couple days (attempting to ensure that the same thing wouldn’t happen to me and that the paperwork was all correct). Every time I called, she answered and was very pleasant on the phone, answering all my questions and informing me of progress in obtaining a truck and when to expect to recieve it.
It was exactly 1 week from the time I called Rust Auto Shippers to the time my car got picked up and put on a truck. I was extremely relieved that it was finally being shipped and satisfied with the speed in which they were able to do it. Should I need to use an auto carrier company again, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay the small price difference and have the piece of mind Rust Auto Shippers afforded me.
I highly recommend them.

This is a great outfit. On time and fast, no damage, courteous staff. What more could you ask? They brought our high value car from Nebraska to the east coast and found problems (prior to shipping!) I might never have noticed. They are meticulous. Superb in every way.

These guys are excellent. I dealt with other shippers– they would promise you they would ship your cars and promise the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow– then after collecting your credit card info– then they will begin their games of not finding a driver and making excuses
Rust auto is not like this– they were professional but more importantly they were compassionate and personable. Kate and Darline were super awesome or wicked awesome as we say in New England
1) they listened to my horror shows with other shippers and assured me they were different
2) they don’t scam you of your money or credit card until the vehicles are delivered
3) they were on top of things– always updating me on phone and email and communication is very important — other shippers don’t respond or update you but
Rust auto let me know of everything as it was going on
4) even when there was a snag– Kate and Darline were on it and found a solution that even brought my cars in much earlier than the original plan
5) they don’t have a 1 – 800 service many states away who have no idea of what the situation is but Rust Auto is in direct touch with the drivers
