SMITH HAS AN EXPENSIVE MONOPOLY
I have had to change my locks repeatedly. Even after Smith fixed the first problem – that ought to have been checked when the locks were installed– of the doors not closing tightly, the three keys they made for my locks could not be duplicated. Even when Smith tried making keys at my daughter’s request, the keys did not work on the deadbolt, but only on the two lower lock. I needed to get new locks-very expensive. Greenfield needs another locksmith.

Smith came yesterday and helped with the locks on a house I just bought. He performed all the work on the spot and everything works as it should. He was very friendly and the price was fair. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a locksmith in the Greenfield, MA area.
