Today I stopped into Autozone to pick up a few car parts and really appreciated my experience. I felt a little silly not quite knowing what I needed for parts but was not made to feel stupid when I asked questions that made no real sense. The employee that I worked with was really welcoming and volunteered to come out to my vehicle to assess the issues. He gave me a print out of all the parts I needed, and all the pricing as well. The staff didn’t pressure me in any way and continued to welcome the questions that I had.
