I had to wait quite a while today but my phone had some kind of bug so I needed to get it fixed. One of the reps Devin was a great help! He was very patient and persistent and assisted in the time consuming process of backing up hundreds of pictures on my phone as well as clearing my entire phone. He literally spent an hour with me and I left satisfied and happy!
