Could Have Been Excellent, Poorly Executed… I want to like Chick-fil-A. Everyone else does. Just did not have the greatest first experience. Went in for a later lunch, so maybe this is where my problem lies. That is, coming at an «off» time around 2:30PM. I decided to go with the chicken tenders. No, that is not the chicken sandwich they are famous for, but chicken none the less. I’m excited. Food got to the table as we were sitting down. Now usually I would say«Wow, fast service!», but that really didn’t apply here. It was fast to the point that clearly it had been sitting under a warmer, both fries and strips. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like a soggy chicken strip. I really don’t like soggy anything! Well, that’s exactly what I got. 3 very rubbery, non crispy strips with a side of rubbery, non crispy fries(all lukewarm mind you). Just sad! So much hype, so much excitement, for some soggy food. Sad Face. I thought to myself, LOWERYOUREXPECTATIONSTODD, it’s fast food. BUT, other places do this right. Culver’s for example will make me wait a few minutes for food, but it comes out piping hot and freshly made. At Chick-fil-A the flavors were there, just poorly executed. I would gladly wait 5 – 10 minutes for my food to be made fresh! There is no way I’m the first customer to think this, I’m just surprised at the overall positive response to the food. It wasn’t all bad… I did like the sauce selection, the cleanliness of the place overall, the option to sit outside on the little patio. Bathroom very clean and even had mouthwash for after meal. What a concept! I’m not saying I won’t try it again, I will. It’s just that my expectations have been lowered considerably. Next time maybe I’ll come at peak lunch or dinner and see if I get some HOT, fresh food. Until then, I’m gonna stick to Culver’s when I need a crispy and fresh chicken tender fix. #GimmeMyTenders #Chicken

Amazingly average in every single way. Maybe a step above McDonalds, and a step below Culver’s, if we’re sticking with fast food comparisons. Definitely better places nearby to grab a quick bite, but in a pinch, you could do worse. It’s pretty hard to screw up fried chicken and fries.

four stars… Still a major fast food chain, though i must say it’s leaps and bounds better than the Capital drive location, nicer people, cleaner and actually less busy. Food is what it is at any Chick-fil-A. CHICKEN, warm, moist chicken, best chicken ever? No, but much much better than your typical fast food McChicken or whatever shit Burger King tries passing off as Chicken. Try the polynesian sauce!

Overview — Whatever cravings you have, it doesn’t get better than Chick-Fil-A sandwiches! Most employees want to provide good service. Food 5⁄5 Customer Service 4⁄5 You’re reading this because you 1.) want to see how this location fairs against others(it’s decent. Cust Serv may not be as good) 2.) want to relish in other people’s compliments on how awesome Chick-Fil-A is(it is the best) or 3.) You’ve never had Chick-Fil-A. If you’re #3, GETTO Chick-Fil-A! It’S SO good! Their food can’t be beat, there’s nothing like it! Most employees at this location take the Chick-Fil-A«my pleasure» expectation well. Others… well… They need some serious training.

I’ve long had a weakness for Chick-fil-A since discovering their unique fast-food sandwich back in my first attempt at college in North Carolina. Unavailable in Chicago or Milwaukee city for a long time, I would only dream about their chicken sandwiches, which was better for both my waistline and cholesterol levels anyway. If you know the long distances you have to traverse when connecting in ATL(Atlanta’s huge and busy airport), you understand stress in air travel. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worried as my incoming flight was late, the connecting flight I had to jump on inevitably on the far side of the massive airport, only to have the departure gate change after running over there… and yet, more than once I’ve stopped for a Chick-fil-A I didn’t have time for, even missing my connecting flights. One time I actually made myself late for a job interview. I haven’t admitted that to anyone until now, but you need the total context here. I was pleasantly surprised to find them in the Milwaukee suburban area, but then had to boycott them for the public homophobia of the owner. Then, I saw a couple of my gay friends pull into THISVERY Chick-fil-A! Okay, just one gay couple, but I have such a weakness for these sandwiches I decided this was my permission to give up the boycott. Then, there’s this one more test of my unhealthy passion for Chick-fil-A, and that is the grating excessive ebullience and exuberance of the scripted responses and dialogue you get from greetings to thank you, it’s easily the most annoying customer service in the fast food industry. In spite of all that, I’m going back.

I ate a ton of chick-fil-a in college so I was happy to see one open up close to home. They have some of the nicest workers who always greet you warmly and aren’t shy on giving a lot of sauces. I’m a total sauce girl and this definitely meets my standards. Go for the chickfila, ranch and polynesian. There aren’t many fast breakfast options besides mcdonalds and burger king which serve up mostly bland breakfast sandwiches so chick fil a is a legit option. I order the spicy chicken biscuit and hash browns, skip the drink and its a little over $ 3.50. Not bad! . The only issue I have with this location is that their fries are never really crispy. Seems they need to cook them longer or something cuz the ones in college were some of the best fries I’ve had. It makes me not want to go for dinner cuz they are always a disappointment. Chick-fil-a is a step above other fast food places!

I love this place so much! They absolutely have the best chicken I’ve ever had and maybe ever will have. The grilled chicken is so flavorful and I love that they have waffle fries. Staff is always very friendly and it’s nice that they try to act and speak more professionally than most fast food places.

I absolutely love chickfila. The food is incredible, I have had both crispy and grilled chicken. It’s always flavorful, juicy and filling. I’m not huge on their waffle fries, but they have so many good dipping sauces and cheese sauce so it makes up for the fries not being my favorite. The service is great, you can tell they’re trying to be a step up from just a fast food joint. This location is fairly new, and it’s cleaned and very well staffed. I’m giving 4 stars though because I am so disappointed that they’re closed on Sunday, that’s my day off and they’re a bit of a drive from my house.

We don’t have any Chick-Fil-A locations near home, so I was excited to be able to visit one on a trio to Milwaukee. I have high expectations for any Chick-Fil-A and this location exceeded them! The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious as always, being fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The service was even better. Every employee was exceedingly courteous and very attentive to not only my daughter and me, but all other customers. I look forward to a return visit on my next trip to the area!

I am a Chick-fil-A virgin no more! I received a card in the mail for a free sandwich, so I tried them out. Feeling a little like a cheapskate for just getting the sandwich, I ordered fries too. I tried the basic chicken sandwich, which, to my surprise, came with only pickles. I though that was a little weird. I was expecting mayo, lettuce and tomato. No biggie, though, I would have picked off the veggies and probably scraped off most of the mayo anyways. As it was, I removed the pickles. I was expecting a very crunchy breading, and more of it than chicken, but NO! I got a nice, thick piece of chicken. It wasn’t dried out like I thought it would be, either. The breading was just right and complimented the chicken rather than being the only thing I tasted. The fries were waffle fries! What!!! Cool! Haven’t had those in ages. Perfect. Not slimy, not overcooked. They cooled off quite a bit, though, on my short drive home. That is my only complaint, but, they’re fries with lots of holes in them, so duh! They’re gonna cool off a lot faster. I swore off fast food over 10 years ago and I very rarely eat it, but, I can definitely see going to Chick-fil-A again; they’ve proven themselves worthy, in my eyes! 13⁄2015

My husband & I came here because he has been wanting to try this place but we never came in and it always looked busy. When we walked in last night, it seemed relatively quiet, which was nice. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. We also got fries and a soda(because I ordered the meal). We were given a number and we sat down. The food came out relatively quickly — and it was very good. I’ve had chicken sandwiches at other fast food places and to be honest, Chick Fil A’s chicken sandwich tops them all. The seasoning on the chicken was just right and the chicken wasn’t dry. The French fries(or rather waffle fries) were quite yummy. I will be back!

This was our first time here. I am doing WW and am trying my best to stay on the lighter side of things. I chose the Market salad which was delicious! It had strawberries, chicken, blueberries, and a came with a little candied nut packet. It was an Ok size but was $ 7.95. The hubby ordered the number 8 which was a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a soda. His meal was close to $ 9.00. Not a place you go for a quick value meal but it was good none the less. You can tell the owner operator takes a lot of pride in his store. He was out and about handing out the meals and cleaning.

First time here and it’s been a good experience. Mad, crazy busy, that’s for sure! I had to stalk a table so I could get a table by the play area and watch my son. I had the chicken nuggets and fries. They were pretty good and certainly better than most fast food places. The play area is tiny! Even my 4-year-old pointed out how small it is. Our original order included milk, but it wasn’t delivered to our table. I asked two employees to bring a milk, one of whom forgot but remembered later. Saving grace: the employee who forgot came over, was very pleasant, apologized, and gave us another drink for free. Can’t complain!

This was my 1st time at a Chick-fil-A and I went because a friend suggested we go there for lunch. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. They brought our food to us at the table and one of the ladies who was walking around the tables even offered to refill our drinks for us so we didn’t have to get up. They were very friendly and the food was awesome. The chicken strips were nice and crunchy on the outside yet the chicken was moist and juicy. I liked how I didn’t have oil /grease on my fingers after eating the chicken either. I will more than likely return.

Chick fil a never fails to disappoint me and this new location is no different! The chicken is excellent! So tender and juicy! Just as it was when chick fil a used to be at southridge mall when I was a kid. The service us outstanding, much better quality and care than your standard fast food restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and they always remind you of it being their pleasure to serve. The manager is very friendly as well, constantly walking around and making sure everything is going well. The facility itself is very clean, a trademark of all chick fil a restaurants. All in all im glad that chick fil a is back! Come down and get a sandwich or some nuggets, you wont regret it!

Man, do I ever love Chick-fil-A! Ever since living in ATL, this has been one place I’ve missed. You can’t go wrong with the original. Tasty and delicious. Try the breakfast menu too if you are ready to experience the best fast food breakfast spot around. They are new here so expect lines that will rival the first Krispy Kreme from a few years ago, and give them a chance to become a well-oiled machine.
