Commitment to quality and outstanding customer service is crystal clear by Time Warner Cable (TWC) staff at Southridge Mall location in Greendale, Wisconsin along with TWC field technicians who are friendly and professional during home visits by keeping digital services humming. And special thanks with much gratitude goes out to Marquis at TWC Southridge Mall location for his 5-​star approach in excellence that he afforded to my Dad who lives in Greenfield. Went to get cable tv last night and was very happy with the service that was provided. Gerry was our TWC associate and he was pleasant, helpful, and genuinely cared about giving us great customer service, something that is all too often not done nowadays. I would highly recommend Gerry if you need to stop at the TWC store at Southridge.
