Great store, full of sale, clean and fun.

The staff was very cheerful and interested in my shopping experience. They really took time and helped me make selections as well as showing me options.

They wouldn’t have gotten any stars if I could have the option of not giving them any. First off I went to use my coupons at this location and when I asked the manager on duty if I could use them, she said no because they no longer take 3^rd party coupons because of their new policy. Ok that’s fine, but when I tried to explain that I’ve done this recently at another location and wasn’t told or given this headache at she gave me attitude about it. I just felt customer service wasn’t be given at this location especially since BBW is so big on great customer 100% satisfaction! They will never see any of my money again. I’ve been to many b&bw and some were always willing to honor the coupons as a courtesy. I’m just not pleased at all.

Why I gave it an Ok (3stars) Because I used to work here … and really the manager is really rude and mean, ungrateful _​_​_​_​_​but on the other hand everything is fine …

I’m pretty lucky in the fact that my mother in law wanted to visit Bath & Body Works this past weekend. White Citrus, Sexy Dahlia Rush, Twilight Wood, and Coconut Lime collections are among the multiple products that she generously gifted me with. The workers in this store appeared attentive to her questions and genuinely concerned with letting us know about their latest deals.

I visit this B&BW once a month while waiting for my habitually late doctor to arrive (her office is right around the corner). I’m always greeted by friendly employees and love the candles, especially the yummy fall/​holiday collections and the body care. They always have great deals, such as the 2 for $ 20 candle sales, buy 3 get 2 free body products, etc.
It’s never busy, I believe people pass it up thinking they don’t have as much as one at a mall would. Wrong! They’re always stocked up and always have the home fragrance oils I use during the holiday season.
I highly recommend this location, always friendly & helpful and always either has what I’m looking for or will help me find a store that does!

I always go to this location because its close to my job and I can run over on my lunch break. The people are always friendly and they have all the body wash a girl can desire. It’s never super busy, since it is in Greenbelt.
