I hate this company! So I ordered natural lenses from them almost a year ago, they took more than the 3 months they were supposed to take to be sent back to me, when I got them they were still too light, mind u, I had them pre toned down, okay I sent them back and got them toned down again they took long to send them back again, okay I got them they were nice, now they’ve faded in color and became really light and details gone, I sent them back and they told me 10 days well when 10 days was over she says 3 weeks because the color needs to be restored, so then I said okay and now that 3 weeks is almost up she says that the artist is asking for 75.00 to restore them and he hasn’t even started plus s&h are u serious??? I’ve been waiting thinking they were already being worked on! This company is horrible! And they are nice lenses when u get them but they aren’t as natural as they could be, go with 9mmsfx lens company, they’re better.

I recently bought a pair of custom color contacts from FX and after waiting for over 2 ½ months and paying over $ 500 I am very disappointed with the contacts. I provided a Dr ‘s Prescription with exact measurements but when I received them they looked odd. What I mean by that is the pupils were facing outward creating the look of what would be known as «CRAZYEYES» not the look I was going for as you may imagine. Not to mention the extreme discomfort, pain and irritation that I experience after wearing them. They tell you to wear them 30minutes at a time until you get used them but that was not the case. I had blurred double vision and severe pressure. I’ve worn color contacts before and have never felt this way. What a shame!!! Waste of money!!! People please beware I would not recommend them. The Youtube Videos they advertise in are not what you get. They must make the best for show. I’m currently seeking a refund and will update the outcome.

After being quite frustrated that one of my limbal ring lenses(though my exact iris measurements were done, and sent to CR) was clearly not matching up to my own iris, and therefore showing an evident white gap, I decided to investigate what mass produced lenses might be a good option. After much research, I found Brazil’s Solotica, and ordered a pair. Considering how natural they look, and at 90 $ total(much less than customs), I really wanted to update my review to let others know this option is a great one. I advise you to avoid Hidrocharme, and go straight for their Natural Colors line. They aren’t «pixelly» at all, and because they use sheer pigments and fade into your natural color, they look quite good on any eye color. Customs are still more natural, but in comparison, I’d say customs are a 9/10, Soloticas are an 8⁄10. Considering I received a damaged lens out of the vial from CR(customs, expensive!), that they would not replace, I’m honestly not too happy, and I’d much rather stick with a slightly(only slightly) less natural option with Solotica.
