Adorable spot for specialty coffee drinks and tea in Green Bay! To expound: this is a bookstore that is also a coffee shop that is also a tea shop. Tea selection: insane-o! Tea nerds, this is your new haven.(If ya don’t know, now ya know…) I love tea and profess to know a relative amount about it and this place knocked my socks off. Extensive selection and very knowledgeable staff. Pleasantly surprised and then some! If fancy coffee drinks are your thing, they’ve got you covered on that tip, too.(I’m a «black like my soul coffee drinker» so you won’t often find me with any salted caramel anything, but this place does really thoughtful looking specialty coffee drinks, on the real.) It’s a bookstore, too! Do you like books? I do. I like them tangible, still. Call me old school, but I dig holding an actual book as opposed to a reader.(Yes, I know they’re more convenient and environmentally friendly, but still…) Also: it’s cute to hang out in bookstores.(If you don’t know, now you know.) A great spot to meet up, chat, do some work, or relax over a nice tea or coffee drink. A big yay for Attic Books & Coffee!

I usually come here to sip some java while I use the Wi-Fi at times I do not have Internet at home. I like the fact that I can sit in there all day long and even read books while I drink, although I admit I’m usually on the PC when I go there. My favorite is the darkest roast they have, but I also did enjoy some of the flavored coffee I tried. I love the atmosphere, and I have heard some good live music there at times. A friend of mine and I did play checkers on their giant game tables once, and I tried their green tea a few times too. Sometimes, I also order a biscotti for my drink. On one occasion, I tried the hummus plate with the baby carrots and pita bread. However, I do not eat their very often because the food is a bit pricier than I would like it to be. It would be nice also if they didn’t charge for regular coffee or tea refills. Still, all in all, it’s a nice place to sit and relax or work. Note: They used to have outdoor seating but not sure if they still do.

Second time here in less than 24 hours. Bought 2 underpriced books, sampled tea, and enjoyed a cappuccino and breakfast. Superior service and atmosphere

A classic café-bookstore, made for a leisurely visit. There is a table in the form of a chessboard, another in the form of a checkerboard(both with pieces to play), a substantial book collection, and ample room to spread out(mostly«normal» tables). There’s an extensive tea list, pastries, a recent hot-food menu, and the espresso was outstanding. Their cookies were very decent also(these simple baked goods are often poorly treated at cafes, so they’re a good test of attention to bakery detail). Staff were friendly and relaxed, even as we came up on closing time. Another great coffeshop in the town of Green Bay, worth a visit.

Awesome place! Staff is friendly and the place is comfortable and spacious. The only issue I have is with service times. With never more than one barista behind the bar, any line can really slow down the hope for a quick grab and go.

Fantastic coffee shop inside a book store. The coffee was extremely good and the baked goods a treat. Loved how they served the fruit scones with a white cream/cheese spread. Highly recommend this place and there is out door seating as well.

I come here when I have work to do or when I have to be on Wi-Fi for some reason. This is a spacious coffee house with a cool vibe. Lots of books and board games available if you are trying to pass the time and enjoy some coffee or tea. I especially like the Lavender Iced Tea. Make sure you get a punch card for a free cup!

I love this place. Books, coffee and art. I enjoy coming in to see the artwork they have featured. It usually changes every couple months. Loved the show by Emily Warpinski. Her photography is so inspiring!

My second favorite coffee shop in town. I support them because of their community events. I know they do poetry readings from time to time and invite speakers to come visit. I think they have a superior espresso here than anywhere else in town, but I don’t love their actual coffee. It does, but it’s nothing to write home about. Great hand-picked teas here too… all organic.

I’ve wanted to try this place for such a long time, and now I’m mad it took me this long to get over there! I walked in to a wonderfully spacious room filled with eclectic tables and chairs(including armchairs) flanked by bookcases full of used books in great condition. When I finally made my way back to actually order something at the counter, I couldn’t decide which drink to try! The girl behind the counter was incredibly helpful and willing to talk about all the different options, and I finally settled on a mango/butternut squash smoothie and chocolate caramel cupcake based on her recommendation. Both were wonderful! The other women I came with all got something different and enjoyed everything they had, as well, especially an iced dirty chai. I can’t comment on the tea bar as I’m not a huge tea fan, but the selection looked pretty extensive. Really good prices, awesome space, and good coffee! Will be back often!

This place is truly a gem! Go to read a book, play chess or enjoy a tasty panini. The owners are wonderful people who supported some troops with free iced coffee on a hot day. I will be stopping back on my next GB visit!

This a great little coffee shop this is like a little mom and pop shop that sells used books and some good coffee. This is a good place to stop for a good relaxing time and a good place to just do a quick in and out.

I stopped in here because I’m looking for a place in the area to purchase high quality loose tea. They had a decent selection and the tea was OK.

I’ve loved this shop since I first heard of it a year or so ago. In the fall they have a carmel apple cider that is amazing! And they offer various tea tastings through out the year. Anyone who is a fan of used book stores or tea shops, this is a must stop destination.

The is a unique little coffee shop. Nothing more than used books and coffee/tea. It was quite and comfortable. I look forward to going back and seeing what books show up.

We love this place! My DH and I discovered it a few weeks ago and we are now hooked. Here’s why: *The coffee is great, it’s quiet enough to study and read, and the restrooms are clean. Haven’t had the chance to try any food off the menu so I can’t rate that. But I’m sure we will try the food soon. I have read and heard nothing but good. *They have lots of used books-great bargain since most are priced under $ 6. Drink recommendation: Valentine’s Pink Steamer

Best latte/espresso/coffee in Green Bay AND this place helped me maintain my sanity. So when I lived in Green Bay I came to the Attic rather often. Being a big city person who loved to hang out in independent coffee houses, have intellectual conversations with academically minded people, and read books from the canon of western literature, I must say that moving from London to Green Bay proved to be challenging at times, as most people I encountered only watched football, drank till they couldn’t walk, and only read the comics in the Sunday paper. It was a dramatic culture shock for me. Thanks to the employees at the Attic and to the regulars who hang out there, I was able to meet some like-minded people, join a writer’s group, and meet friends who were well-read and travelled. Not only does The Attic serve up the best coffee in town, but they also sell some cool, unique books and almost always offer a great collection. I once picked up a beautiful set of old books by Proust at a real bargain! They also have chess and checkers, where regular patrons can challenge one another to a friendly game over a cup of coffee. Also, there are comfy sofas and chairs for those who want to stay a while with a coffee drink and a good book. They have good food too: sandwiches and treats, etc. Their coffee is of good quality and beats Starbucks out by a landslide. When I get out to Green Bay again to visit friends, I will certainly stop in at The Attic for a latte and a book.
