Verizon has gone down the tubes. They change there contact’s, not standing by their own agreements. They do not know about the phones they sale(s6), that have horrible features like advanced calling which drops calls. They do not stand by their product or service anymore and completely lie through their teeth and feed you lines of bull how their hands are tied. We’ve been with them for 8 years and are done. If you must stay with them, buy a way cheaper phone off ebay(with a warranty) and don’t give them any money except for service. Good luck

Wish I would have read reviews first… DONTTRUSTTHEMSNAKES… you would think a reputable company like Verizon and one I have been using for years wouldn’t have sales reps that either A) blatantly lie or B) have no Idea what they are doing. extended my contract and got a new phone and was told it would cost $ 100, have an extra gig of data and be able t add additional gigs for $ 10 each… what really happened phone was $ 120 plus tax, ok, extra gig not on there first month, they credit my account, extra gig not on there second month, was told I dont have that and cant get that, also told I can add any extra gigs for $ 10 a month so my monthly is now costing $ 15 extra for each one over including the one I was told I get for FREE

2 hour wait just to talk to a rep.(3) pm Friday afternoon. Severely under staffed. Online customer care advised me to go in and have the phone looked at. The Verizon rep at the store advised me to call customer care. After speaking with a manager for 30 minute’s the issue was resolved. This place is as bad as the DMV none of the reps even know what’s going on… :(

Don’t Trust Them! I lost my cell phone. Using the Find my phone app it kept showing at the Verizon Store In Greeley, Co. I called the store and one of the agents takes my information and says I dont have any record of it but I can get you in a new phone right away just email me. He says this several times. I explain I want to see if mine turns up. Using the same app we searched the parking lot around the store thinking maybe it was around the store. After much searching I decided to try and go in the store. On the phone we had the alarm going off to locate the phone and a warning on it to contact us if you find the phone. Guess what the store had the phone with the alarm going off and no one called. It was more important for them to sell a new one then reach out to us or even admit they had the phone!
