I just bought a certified pre-owned 27″ iMac here and had a great experience. The team worked together and helped me get the computer that best fit my needs at the time. I am very grateful for all of their friendly sales and support staff. Also, I am from Fort Collins and live just 2 miles for the Simply Mac store on Harmony Rd, so since Simply Mac is a chain, they were able to work with the Fort Collins store so that they can do a data transfer in Fort Collins from my old iMac to the one that I purchased in Greeley. My iPhone went completely black and the screen was lifting so I took it to T-Mobile. The sells rep referred me to simply Mac because they no longer look at insurance claims in the store, and to be safe she told me to take it to simply Mac to see what the issue is before I send it in for my insurance claim. Well took my phone to simply Mac and they told me they would look at it and call me the next day. I waited two days and went up to the store and they told my phone was not covered with AppleCare because it was a refurbished phone even though it was bought brand-new in the box at T-Mobile not refurbished. When the tech came out the tech told me that there was liquid damage and he showed me a picture of looks like brown sticky liquid near the speaker area and he quoted me a price of $ 260 to repair the device. I took the phone and took the chance of sending it into the insurance claim through my carrier. When I opened the phone myself I saw the phone and there was no liquid damage per the indicators in the phone and it turns out that Apple covers the issue with my phone because that liquid damage that he showed me came from the speaker area and there is no way they can prevent that from happening. And I was only charge five dollars through my carrier because the actual issue with the phone was the battery is defected in the iPhone 5c and it lists at the screen which cause my phone not to work. I’m thinking maybe they’re text need more training or need to be more knowledgeable with the iPhone insurance AppleCare

I came in to this store to see about a warranty replacement on my iPhone. The sales associates informed me there was no «tech» in currently and I would have to come back another day to get this taken care of. All they could do was run bullsh*t diagnostics on my phone to tell me whether or not it was functional. I tried calling this store before I wasted my time driving up there, but the phone number listed for the store just routes to a national call center. So not only was I wasting my time by driving up there, but I tried to be proactive and couldn’t actually verify any info before I drove up there. I had gone into this store previously to buy RAM for a computer, and laughed at the employee when he told me the price. This store was charging $ 200 for a single stick of RAM that can easily be ordered online for less than $ 75. Suffice to say, this place is absolute garbage and should be avoided at all costs. Spend the gas money and drive to an Apple Store.

My daughter brought her Mac in as she was having issues and a test the next day for Nursing School and they fixed in within 5 minutes. They were very nice! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. 2 stars because the staff were nice, except for one girl who works there. I brought in my broken iPhone5s to see if they could recover the photos. They were unable to do so. They gave me a brochure for a business where you mail in your phone and Simply Mac told me it would be around $ 600. I called that business and they said the price Simply Mac quoted me was incorrect. The clean room place told me I had to front $ 1,700 to have your phone analyzed to see how hard the work would be and they would reduce the price closer to $ 1,000 if it wasn’t as labor intensive as expected. I couldn’t afford their price so I shopped around. I mailed in my phone to a repair shop in Arizona who was able to recover my photos for $ 100. On a side note, their selection of iPhone 6 cases was very small and pricey. I didn’t find one that I liked and I left the store unhappy. The staff is lacking knowledge and they could use better training.

I HIGHLY recommend taking your computer else where. I’ve had nothing but problems with this store. First, they send my computer off which was fine because I gave them permission, but when I came to pick it up a week later, they laid a brand new 2012 computer in front of me. Brand new. as in they replaced EVERYTHING including the key board, internal drive, screen etc without my knowledge. They then proceeded to tell me I owed them $ 1,300!!! I could have bought a new computer for that! To make matters worse, my new mac was replaced with all the original settings(they did backup all my personal setting thank god) so every time I get on the internet now I have popups galore! They tried to charge me another $ 75 just to clean up the computer. 75DOLLARS to clear my f***ing popups are you kidding me?! safe to say I’ve left unhappy each and every time. I would drive somewhere else if you can.

I’ve never received better Apple support! They surpassed Apple Stores by a mile and went out of their way and inconvenience to assist me with a time imperative challenge. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and incredible customer service, let alone excellent service repair!
