Came in at 1:30 on a Sunday. There’s 8 employees scrambling behind the counter. Ordered a #1 meal and paid. 19 minutes later my fine in meal was set on the counter with a bag of cinnamon twists added to the bag as a sorry. No eye contact was made and a third of the staff looked bored. May reconsider a run for the border as quick stop for quality food.

We frequent this location more than I care to say :) however it’s very fresh food and amazing customer service are what keep us coming back, and back and well you get the point. The drive through wait is why I didn’t give 5 stars, there has got to be something you can do to improve that! We’ve waited in line for 40 or more min before. Not cool! The young manager who seems to work different shifts, is awesome, very kind and friendly, he never has anything but a smile on his face!

just got through the drive up here about an hour ago… the girl that took my order could not figure out my order to save her life. I asked for a beef and bean burrito at least 3 times and she got it on there and added it twice. then she couldn’t figure out what mountain dew we wanted. the ordering process took at least 5 minutes out of the whole TWENTY MINUTE experience in the DRIVE UP. Then we finally get to the window and she was rude and didn’t even ask us if we wanted any sauce so I had to stare at the window until she finally looked out and I told her we wanted sauce. I understand sometimes places get busy especially on a saturday night. but my god. this is not the first time this has happened. please hire at least one semi-​intelligent person to take orders. thanks.

By fast food standards, this place is pretty okay. But it’s Taco Bell, and it’s kind of hard to screw up the junkiest junk food to ever junk. The building seems slightly more well-​maintained than many others of this chain. The service at the drive-​through is always friendly and I only had a mistake on my order once out of maybe a dozen visits last year.

As far as taco bells go, this one is probably at the top of the heap. Quick, clean, consistent. But it is taco bell. You will walk away hating yourself in the end. Go there because you have to, not because you want to.
Try taco john’s. It sounds like a better option.
