I decided to rate this place hence to the old bad reviews. I know this place has been around for years, and I just live 2 blocks away. I decided for lunch to get a wrap (Spicy Thai Chicken wrap) and a Taro Bubble tea for a snack. Honestly, I’m so mad at myself that I haven’t came into their doors earlier. The wrap was delicious and fresh, the sauce came on the side and it was more sweet than spicy which is fine. And the bubble tea was pretty good, it didn’t take me to the bathroom and it wasn’t milked down like some. I can’t wait to go back and order another wrap and tea. This time I will ask for the sauce inside already. This will be my new lunch spot. The service was fast, it was ready within less than 10 mins. Reasonable prices.

I like this place and I definitely return. I’m surprised I’ve never been here, especially when I live so close. The location is great, a block or two away from a large parking garage, a block off of Middle Neck Rd and Bond St. The place is quite small, quite vibrant, typically café style, three or four tables, a front counter, a menu of sandwiches, soups, salads, and lots of drinks. The café is quite narrow. Service isn’t amazing, not the quickest, but they were friendly. Prices aren’t bad and the drinks are a pretty large size. I had the red bean bubble tea which resembled red bean a lot. There was a bit too much ice in the drink, but it tasted great and the tapioca were just how I like them. Their entré blend is quite good. Also try their strawberry tea. Their bubble tea is a better deal than Caffe Bene and the atmosphere is great.

honestly i want to give this place a 4 to 5 star rating but everytime i go in for something the wait is FOREVER … a soup takes like 15 minutes and as im waiting for them to pour soup there is convos going on over the phone and no one is doing anything… the food is good and i would like to eat there all the time but bc of the wait i try to stay away.
if you can get the wait for a item to go down then i would love to keep coming back

Awful. First hint was that I had to speak to two people and explain my order three times. Two egg whites, vegan ham and cheese on a whole wheat wrap, times 2 and two coffees with soy. $ 25 later ham, cheese and wrap are cold (egg whites were warm). Coffee had a gross oily tinge that no amount of stirring could dissipate. We left after a few bites and no coffee and I’m still wondering if the ham and cheese were really vegan.

Terrible delivery service, over an hour for two wraps and a bubble tea? What is this? When called to inquire about the order person answering sounded like they were yelling it across a room. Save your time/​money and order somewhere else. They charge extra for the bubbles (tapioca pearls) in bubble tea… That’s what makes bubble tea, bubble tea. The hell is that? Delivery person arrived thirty minutes late, didn’t have a pen for grubhub slip, when asked for pen gave an attitude. Not like an «ah crud.» He replied with a snide bitchy «really?!?» Like it was expected of you to provide him with a writing utensil. The kicker, asked for no peppers, got peppers… It’s typed out and sent to you and you can’t get it right? The hell is the point of this place existing if they can’t get an order right at all?

Food here is pretty good. Everything is fresh. I’ve had their paninis and they are a must try. Soups from Hale and Hearty are excellent as well. But I think their main seller are drinks. I always get the Mango Passion Fruit. Very refreshing and cool. They can add protein in the drinks as well, great for when you just finished the gym and need something quick.

I been here atleast 8 times since management has changed. This café is a nice small place that fits the neighborhood really well. The panini sandwiches are tasty and I always get a banana strawberry smoothie. I would recommend this place for someone that wants to stop by for a quick bite to eat or just to grab some drinks on the go.

They are the sweetest. Ive always gotten delivery from them and by chance, I was walking around great neck and wanted a smoothie. Not knowing that it was Entre, I ordered a drink and they started chatting me up. I found out that their vegetarian options are expanding soon so i cannot wait to try!

«Meh» Taro Bubble tea at best, and then not really. Tiny bobas… not really sweetened either. I’d avoid if you can withstand the bubble tea craving. or just make the drive into Flushing. Haven’t tried anything else of their’s but from crappy bubble tea, I’d rather not.

I was extremely disappointed when I went to Entre. I cannot rate the food because I didn’t try it. I had a
certificate which obviously was not welcomed. As soon as I showed it, I was told the minimum was $ 10 more than indicated on the certificate. I showed what was written on the certificate, but was told when you add on gratuity and tax it is $ 10 more. I had called to see what time they were closing. I was told 6pm. After showing the certificate, I was then told they were closing at 5pm. With only 15 minutes to eat, I decided to go somewhere else. Why do restaurants sign up for
if they don’t want to honor the certificates? Entre is not very customer friendly!

I like this place, it has good food, good drinks and comfortable seating. Yes, sometimes orders do take quite some time, but this isn’t a fast food restaurant and at least the staff is always courteous. I have had their tuna wrap, mango-​banana smoothie, many combination of fruit and milk bubble tea and I am always satisfied when I leave. My only gripe is that I wish they had wifi.

This place has good food and great bubble tea, but the fact that there are two people working there — a person at the counter and one making every thing else –is a real deterrent. The owner is there but he doesn’t do much — you own a busy place, either get off your butt and do something or hire more people.
