FRC catered my wedding in September. It was an outdoor wedding in Woodstock NY. As soon as we had our first conversation with them, we knew they were the ones we’d been looking for. The quality of the meat and produce was outstanding, and the ‘handmade’ nature of their process and presentation was wowing to everyone and really set the tone for our party. They totally nailed it with the food, the display, the showmanship. It was simply put, a highlight of our big day. The staff was friendly and professional, the apps, dinner, dessert, and coffee was fantastic. There were so many little touches that made it go above and beyond. I would recommend them highly.

These guys catered my wedding a few weeks ago, and completely exceeded ALL expectations. Prompt, thorough, cordial and funny— amazing food and the best show.
