I ordered a Hazelnut Iced coffee 3 different times and received no ‘Senior Discount’ worth .50 cents. On the 4^th drive thru I had to tell the girl to give me that discount. She did. I should’t had to do that, it should be automatic.

The employees at this location are as nice as it gets. They are always friendly and welcoming. The food is on par with other Jack-In-the-Box locations I have visited.

Do not eat here. I just got food poisining a few hours after eating. I do not trust the food anymore. I got the crispy fried chicken strips, small fries, and a strawberry smoothie. I used to like the food before, but after having an intense stomach ache and vomitting, I will never eat here again. I am specifically describing the Grass Valley Jack-in-the-Box.

Are these what the frys are supposed to look like? I just went thru the drive thru with my family. this girl was rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional… Then I get home and this is what they look like… I can’t afford to run back across town to even attempt to get them replaced… Whoever was working the drive thru about 20min ago in the grass valley location should not be working there! I am extremely upset about this!
