Rude staff, enough said. Always on their cell phones and act like their job is such an inconvenience.

Usually I don’t write reviews for fast food places but this Taco Bell is horrible enough for a negative review. I used to live in the area and didn’t know their hours so I had my husband call. They said they were open til 12 a. m for the drive through so we drove there. The lights were off and one of the workers parked their car in the drive through so we couldn’t get through. The best part is we saw the workers in the place playing on their cell phones… I wouldn’t even trust employees like this to make any type of food. Do not waste your money or time on these employees.

I come here pretty much every day because I like to get a Mexican pizza shell with the melted three cheese blend on it. I have no clue why I crave it daily, but it is what it is, don’t judge me. Lol. Anyway, being that I am here regularly, most of the people who work here know me. Everyone is always really nice and friendly with the exception of one person. TERRI is the most rude, unprofessional person that I have ever come into contact with. It’s not like she was rude one time when I came in, she is always rude. I have heard her reprimand employees in front of the counter, I have heard her talking about how much she doesn’t like certain coworkers and was talking about how she purposely ignored this coworker even though they were both working drive thru together. About a week ago I was placing my pretty simple order of a Mexican pizza shell with melted cheese on it and she raised her voice at me and asked, «What exactly are you trying to accomplish here?» Wow. Seriously. I complained to the store manager immediately in front of her and she didn’t apologize or anything. I would expect this behavior from a teenager, or even a person in her early 20’s but this woman is at least 60 years old! She is my only issue with Taco Bell. I will be taking this up with corporate for sure.

I think the prior reviewers are picky(except for the guy with the industrial solvent.) It is a fast food place after all, so it sees a lot of traffic and little kids and teens. But I always go in and not through the drive through, so I’m standing there watching them make my tacos. Oh, and they’re the only Taco Bell I’ve been in that stocks lemon wedges for the tea or sodas.

Just had to review this place. I’ve lived in the area for many years, and everything the prior poster said is true. I’ve been here many times and always notice that it looks like a hurricane just blew through the place. Last time I was here, I happened to walk in quite late and I was the only one in there. Unfortunately, they didn’t see me right away and they were having a tiff in the kitchen when one of the girls in the back yelled out,” I’ m not making any more fuckin’ tacos in this dump”. Well, I was already at the counter and everything stopped while they looked at me and said«how may I help you?». I was hungry and I really needed a bit of Mex food, so I ordered it to go and left. Yes, they need to work on cleanliness and staff discipline.
