Redefined Coffee House

Been here multiple times with the kids and love the atmosphere. We park on Main Street and walk across Northwest highway.

I found this coffee shop on Unilocal with great reviews so I decided to take my out of town friend here for a relaxing Saturday morning coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. The staff was very friendly and appeared to genuinely like being there. I had an iced latte that was fantastic. They offer homemade infused simple syrups that sounded great but not for my taste. The coffee was a little more than a Starbucks but well worth it for the lack of attitude and self entitlement.

Before my review commences, we should get one thing straight — I’m kind of a big deal. This review is meaningful both for you as the reader and Redefined as a business. Being the coffee snob (nay, enthusiast!) that I am, I expect coffee houses to meet certain standards. Let’s see if Redefined meets these.
–Hipster art? Check
–Australian accented barrista? Check.
–Not one but TWO tip jars? Check.
–Excellent coffee? Check check check.
If you know what’s good for you, you will skip work, cancel your evening plans, or whatever… and go order a Mexican mocha at Redefined and admire the hipster art as you take in the smells and modern indie folk songs.

I had a couple of hours to kill and thought this would be a great place to do it… and boy was I right! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for finding a comfy corner with a book and a cup of coffee or meeting a larger group to catch up. I had the bottomless cup of coffee and the spinach artichoke quiche. The quiche was great and the coffee was my only real complaint. It became bitter after the first couple of sips. This place would be perfect if they offered pour over of small batch pressed coffee… oh well next time I’ll stick to the Americano.
…so I wrote this review a bit hastily, I took my coffee back to the counter and they offered to make me a fresh Americano. The friendly and very accommodating service bumped my original 4 to a 5. I may have just gotten an off cup of coffee, but they made it right with a smile and I really appreciated that.

The staff I talked with were so friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is really nice here, too. I got an iced cold brew with their house-​made vanilla simple syrup – suuuuuper yummy and refreshing!!! Will definitely be back.

Amazing lattes and just the perfect place to relax… my new favorite place!!! Perfect vanilla latte and iced latte… they have airplane chairs that are amazing and just a perfect place! Cold and hot coffee is perfect!

What a fabulous coffee house! Super hip décor, fabulous coffee and pastries and cool tunes playing.
Located on Main Street in downtown Grapevine, this coffee house is just across 114.
The interior is modern industrial. You’ll notice the door knobs are water valves, and pipe spells out «coffee». Very clever!
I ordered a soy late which was made perfectly. My almond croissant was wonderful as well. My only wish is if they could heat it in a toaster oven. They offered to put it in the microwave, but that would have made it soggy.
If you are looking for a great cup of joe and a hip place to drink it, stop by for a cup!

My absolute favorite place! It feels like home every time I walk inside. Modern decorations and fresh, young, accommodating staff! It has that real coffee shop feel. I recommend it to everyone I know!

Enough seating for lots of people, variety of chairs that Id love to try everything by rotating seats. Like simple mug. Like the coziness. Coffee tastes alright. closes little earlier than most other coffee shops. Wifi is super fast. Upload speed is about 10mb, enough said.

Redefined Coffee House takes the taste of delicious coffee, amazing barista magic skills, and the most mellow place to escape to and puts it all into one place.
So thankful to have stumbled upon this gem. Will for sure be coming back.

I stumbled upon this delightful coffee shop one afternoon when my hairdresser was running a little behind. The ambiance and décor immediately made me feel at home. They have lots of tables for collaboration, but also lots of spaces with 2 – 3 comfy chairs to sit in while you confide in your BFF over a great cup of Joe.
The coffee beans are all sustainable and ethically harvested and the baristas are kind, funny and very knowledgeable.
On a subsequent visit I had a quiche and my friend got a slice of pumpkin bread… it is all very good.

I love the atmosphere in this place. Cozy, artsy, good music, eclectic crowd and super fun décor.

I knocked off a couple stars because they don’t have a ton to pick from to eat. It would be nice for them to have some sort of wraps or something healthy to enjoy with my tea.
Other than that– friendly staff– cool vibe and great for coffee or drinks w a friend. But not a hang out for a few hours kinda place– because you can’t eat!
The fresh pressed juices are a bit over priced as well.

My husband and I continue to frequent this place before work on the weekdays and it’s still one of my favorite coffee places in the area. I have a new favorite go-​to, the café con leche. I’ve tried a number of their breakfast pastries and have loved just about everything. My favorites are still the pumpkin bread from Pinch of Salt Pastries and the mini sausage rolls/kolaches…the «everything» flavor is the best!
I recently bought some drinks here for a few coworkers that are avid Starbucks fans, and they could not stop talking about how amazing and delicious it was. I feel like a huge coffee snob saying that Starbucks isn’t good, but when people actually try local coffee places like Redefined that take the time to prepare coffee right, they can tell the difference, too! Grab a drink for a friend next time to help expand the coffee snob crowd. :)

Real delicious coffee! Syrups made in-​house! Yummy food! Easy parking! Friendly service! Free WiFi! Yep, this is as good as it gets.
I had some meetings nearby and was looking for an early-​morning spot so I could beat the traffic getting into Grapevine and get some work done. RE: defined definitely fit the bill. The coffee: I am no connoisseur but it is really delicious. I had my nonfat lattes with gingerbread syrup one day and mint syrup the next day. Both were smooth, yummy drinks and the syrup flavor was not overpowering.
I also tried the kolache and sausage & cheese brioche. Both were good, but I prefer the asiago kolache.
Inside the shop, they have a variety of seating options from high-​top to regular tables, small tables and large community tables, and both standard chairs as well as comfortable-​looking lounger chairs. So no matter if you’re here to work or relax, there’s a little nook you can cozy into here. On weekday mornings there’s only about 5 people in the store at any given time, so it’s pretty quiet.
Although I don’t live nearby, I will definitely be back if I have meetings in the area again. My positive experience here has inspired me to try other locally-​owned coffee shops in my area.

I’m not from Texas and have 2 hours to kill before I have to go to the airport. And was so lucky to find this Gem! I ordered a Latte and a «paleo scone» which I was skeptic on getting. Both are perfect! The scone seems to have a smidge of sea salt that just makes it soooo good! The latte o dos t even need to put sugar in it! Fantastic!
The place itself is super cute. Currently decorated for Christmas. Great couches and ottomans to sit and relax for a bit! It’s quite big!

Came here for a coffee break. The atmosphere is warm and inviting as are the patrons. Very laid back. Did not expect that despite the dingy bland exterior.
The staff was really friendly. I had a salted caramel latte with ice. It was perfect not too sweet. Also strong flavor. I also had the m&m cookie. It was delicious!
Will come back for sure, just try to avoid Main St. If you can around the holidays. Parking is a little tight too.

What a great coffee place in downtown Grapevine. As soon as you walk in, there is definitely a unique, calming ambience that gives you the feeling of being in a great foreign city like Paris. They decorate the store according to the seasons which I love because it keeps things fresh. Their drink menu, although not greatly extensive, had enough appealing options to keep you coming back to try something different. Their dessert selection also looks delicious! I have to come back to try them out.
The only downside to this place was that it took really long to get our coffee. My friend waited nearly 10 – 15 minutes! Not ideal for someone in a rush. However, I do recommend coming here to catch up with someone or do a little big of work/​studying. You’re better off going through a Starbucks for a quick cup of coffee though.

I’m so madly in love with this place!!! Can I just move in? I’ll deep clean after closing and sleep in that fluffy corner booth with the sexy drapes and chandelier, cause well, I’m a princess and I need to sleep under a chandelier.
I came in on a Saturday morning around 9 and it was already hopping. The yoga studio let out shortly after I got my delicious beverage but I had already laid claim to one of the plush leather chairs by the fireplace so it was alllll goooood.
Once we shuffled up to the counter to order the man-​owner remembered us from the event and repeated the order we had! Whhaaaattt. So I said yes– yes I will have another Salted Caramel Latte, in the big cup. He had it ready as soon as I paid– they got the line timing down!
I couldn’t imagine the drinks would be better than they were the week before– but somehow it was. The crema was thick and velvety and the drink was just the perfect temperature for me to drown my lips in the silky coffee.
We got a few of the sausage rolls and one of the ham and cheese croissants– wow. I don’t even freakin like ham! I never eat ham! But it was heavenly! The jalapeño roll is by far my favorite. It has the perfect dough to meat ratio.
Go here. but not when I want to go. cause the chandelier seat is mine.
