I love this studio! Cathy is amazing and really takes the time to make sure everyone is doing the poses correctly and provides modifications for every body. The studio feels so calm and safe to me. It’s such an intimate environment. I personally use yoga as a way to destress and I feel like I can really let everything go during my practice. Another great thing about this studio is that it has so many props so you can adjust the pose as needed. There’s even a rope wall for suspension & support. I recently had a chance to take a class with one of the other instructors — Eva. If you’re looking for something a little more fast-paced(though not power yoga by any means), I’d recommend trying one of her classes. Although she picks up the pace a bit, she still takes the time and care to make sure everybody is doing the poses safely.

Cathy Is very knowledgeable. Her classes have great sequence, ensuring your body is ready for the poses of the day. There are many props available and integrated into the practice but not required for students more comfortable with the poses, This studio has a rope wall which is very hard to find and a great addition to any practice. This is a «Must Try» especially for new comers to the Grapevine area!

This is a cute little studio tucked away in Grapevine. I had a great practice there this past weekend. The instructor incorporated some vinyasa flow into the practice, which I really liked. It seems to be different every time which is great because I don’t like repetitiveness. The instructor is very knowledgable, makes sure to check for injuries and can offer modifications for any problem areas. There are lots of props for your use — blankets, straps, blocks, foam rollers — anything to help you into a pose and improve your skill. It’s $ 18 for a walk-in, which isn’t outrageous, but if you buy in bulk and get a punch card, its quite a bit less — $ 12 and under!
