Been here a few times for a few different reasons and every time I have come here, I’ve gotten nothing but the best customer service! I’ve used their internet and printers, I’ve shipped things, and today I’m copying tons of paper and bonding together 12 books! Lots of different projects to be done here all in one place. Convenient location too! If you need to print, copy, ship, use a computer/​internet, or just buy some supplies, I highly recommend coming here!

I was really mad at this Kinkos/​Fedex for a while because I left my work keys there and it took me four days to realize this was where they were. It would have been awesome if they, y’know, called the number on the ID badge that had my workplace, my name, and work number on it…
But today I decided I like them again! I went to mail two things and the guy working at the desk, Martin, was like an amazing robot of efficiency who was also super friendly. He managed to help four people simultaneously but I hardly realized he was attending to other people until we were done and I realized no one else was at the counter anymore. When I’m running bullshit errands, it is awesome to know there is someone working to get me in and out as fast as possible, all with a smile on his face.
Also, before I got mad at them they were an awesome resource for printing up posters for the plays I directed. Sooo hooray for this Kinkos/​Fedex!

I have not had a problem yet. They always greet you when you come in and are always willing to help. They make things easy and really help get things done. I will always come back. Super friendly staff and clean store.
