Everything we tried was delicious! Alex was our waiter and he was friendly, accommodating, and took the time to chat with my mother & I during our meal. Kenny, the friendly host, was super nice and had a great personality upon entering the building. We’ll definitely be back — Thanks Alex & Kenny!

The place is nicely put together and welcoming inside but that’s about all I got outta this.
I had heard good things and had been craving à crispy chicken salad for a few days so was super excited about this for my lunch today! And was disappointed to find my chicken under cooked and the «bacon» it came with a fatty end tga I had no idea what it was when I first saw it! Which was super disappointing.
I really had high hopes but it was way to pricey for the small amount of lettuce and cheese that I was able to eat without getting in cooked chicken bites, I was hungry so I tried my best, don’t think I’ll be giving it another chance anytime soon though! Sorry but I was disappointed!

Traveled to Grapevine and heard somebody talk about this place. It was awful. Ordered the Heart – Healthy Salmon and «skinny» veggies. I received a flat/​thin piece of fish /​blackened and full of salt… Great for my high BP– not. The veggies that came included two small florets of broccoli, 5 small baby carrots and 4 over cooked, mushy pieces of squash. (Defin not worth the $ 11.99). The others asked for the bread basket and it came filled with JUST rolls… No cornbread, that they are supposed to be famous for. They asked for cornbread from the server twice and didn’t come till we were all finished. Not an enjoyable evening dining experience at all. When traveling again to Grapevine I will not be going back here.

We checked into Great Wolf Lodge and headed over here to eat dinner. So glad we did! Cute restaurant with delicious comfort food at great prices. My daughter rates the restaurant a 10 out of 10 which says a LOT. We had chicken and dumplings, fried pickles, broccoli rice casserole, the «Trailblazer», kids’ Mac n Cheese. All very good!

The food is good, service is fair. Atmosphere is terrible, loud harsh sound, loud music, uncomfortable and irritating.

4 months later and we still come here every week. Our waitress, Rebecca, is amazing. She is on top of everything, she has our orders memorized and our kids love her. We love this place!

Great lunch here today. Great soups, sandwiches, and coffee! Service was excellent and fast. Menu seemed pretty broad, wish I could go back, but I’m from the North.

Great place to eat! Everyone in our party of 7 enjoyed their meals. Place is small, but very friendly, efficient staff keep things moving along.
Comfort food is the order of the day all up & down the menu. From the fresh baked rolls to chicken fried steak to apple crisp deserts it’s a feast of delicious carbs. Prices are reasonable too. When back in town, I’ll certainly return. Recommended!

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and hopped over here for dinner with the kiddos.
Cute little café in a small town setting. We came during Christmas, so the ambiance was great. They had a Santa out front greeting everyone. The lights and music set the mood :)
The wait was long, but to be expected with the foot traffic coming in. We came for the rating and the wait was worth it.
Delicious food! Fried pickle chips and beer. Bread with the tasty sweet butter.
We had chicken fried chicken and the girls had chicken and dumplings. Just delicious. The fried okra took me back to my childhood and the green beans the way your grandma would make them.
Our waiter was super sweet and attentive. Overall, great experience.

The cuisine here is southernish American which works well for this area. You can never go wrong with the chicken fried steak, meat loaf or their sandwiches. One of the groups favorites are the bread which never fails to be warm, soft and tasty.
I have been here for both lunch, brunch and dinner, each time I go to the Cotten Patch it never disappoints.

Consistently good, fresh, and always attentive service. Most CP’s are inconsistent bUt I LOVE this one. Its the BEST!

Excellent choice! Stopped here for lunch and we ordered the chicken fried steak and the chicken and dumplings. They were awesome! We both agreed the steak was the best we had ever had! Service was great and nice atmosphere. We will be back!

After parking in back, we entered this Main Street restaurant and sat by the window. The atmosphere was great, looking out at historic Grapevine. FULL BAR behind us and the design of the place is very nice.
I’ve been back here three times, Lunch and Dinner, and the food prep/​taste was excellent. Service was average, but helpful. Gotta brag on Fried Green Tomatoes and the Fish tacos. $ 3.00 Margaritas were tasty.
On Monday evenings, chicken fried steak is $ 7.99.
For the price, Cotton Patch Main St. is a winner.

We had a lovely lunch here today.
John C our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He even shared a touching personal story with us.
We had the bacon cheese fries and chips and queso. Both were very good and satisfied our mid afternoon craving.
My son got a kids meal. He ate the whole sandwich and the kitchen went out of their way to give him a special side dish that is his favorite.
The mason jar margarita was also a hit at our table. Very nice restaurant and if we lived closer we would be here more often.

The food is pretty good, the service is a hit or a miss, depends on who you get, and I do go to Cotton Patch from time to time, usually the one in Bedford, I love their herb shrimp. BUT, the thing that I didn’t like about this location in Grapevine is the glass wall that allows you to see in the kitchen from the patio. I was done with my dinner and strolled out onto the patio to watch the «goings on» in the kitchen which I assume that’s what they invite you to do since it is a glass wall but I wasn’t too happy with what I saw and decided to quit watching. It wasn’t anything too gross but definitely not appealing. One waitress was eating a french fry (hopefully not off someones plate), one table busser was putting eye drops in his eyes, and I didn’t see any gloves on anyones hands. Maybe we don’t need to see in the kitchen.

Not bad for a chain. Nice atmosphere, nice location at main and northwest highway. Nice friendly staff. Strawberry Pecan Salad and Salmon Caesar Salad great picks. Good chicken fried steak as well. Others with us loved the grilled pork chops.

Really good peach tea. The lunch combo was good. Turkey club was really yummy and strawberry pecan salad was good but it was missing something. It was missing pecans. I think if it’s in its title it shouldn’t be left out. It was still a good salad.

Average average average. It was fine. Big portions of fine food. If we were in Grapevine again and I had to do this place all over again I would do lunch. Too many cool. and interesting places to find.

Casual spot with a great all around American menu. Almost feels like a glorified diner. Ordered the salmon Caesar salad and it really was delicious. Nice bartenders and great location in Grapevine.
