I frequent the downtown Fort Worth location and the service here was far superior. Came here for dinner with my family for my birthday and was the best choice I could’ve made. Exceptional to say the least. ASKFORMARIA

Always good! I almost always get the steak fajitas with bacon on it. My only gripe is the complimentary queso is not that good, but the service is always good as well as the food. I definitely recommend this location.

My 5 stars is solely based on how delicious the steak quesadilla is… Oh, and the guacamole.

Nice place & staff. The queso was yummy, I believe it was complimentary. I also had a French toast dish… one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

I’m hard pressed to find a reason why this place is still in business. Lunch there today was tastless and disgusting. The place is filthy, dark and depressing. It used to be good and a fun place to happy hour.

YUMMMMMMMMM this is the best place to get Mexican food, the best cinnamon coffee and the BEST apple pie. Nothing beats this place!

I’ve been several times to several locations. Guac is great. Quail is amazing. The fajitas are pretty good and my wife loves the margarita.

We were very disappointed with Cantina tonight. The service was ok but the food was very underwhelming. The chicken fajitas on 2 plates was extremely dry and over cooked. The rice and beans were less than warm and the guacamole on the fajita and quesadilla plates was turning brown. The is so unfortunate because we have always enjoyed this neighborhood spot but a little pricey. Tonight, it was not worth it. There are 2 much better options down the street.

Food here is mediocre. I’ve had better at other mexican cuisines. The queso is nothing special. I’ve gone during happy hour and brunch. Brunch here is pretty decent. During Happy Hour the margaritas are just ok. I’m not a fan of their sweet and sour. None of the items on the menu stood out for me. This place is just ok. There’s so many other restaurants around that are better.

When i see«gourmet» in a restaurants name i expect higher prices and better food. Well in this place u only get 1 of these. Higher prices. I never look at prices typically except when the food is not that good. Margaritas had a funny taste to them. Frozen and rocks. Will not go back. Was basically empty at 9pm on a Friday. Sorry in the DFW there are many better choices.

I was here last night for a retirement party. The food and drinks were great and the staff… exceptional! The manager, Michael(I believe), was wonderful. I can’t get over how professional and friendly everyone was. We had such a great time! If I lived here, I’d be a regular. Warning: save room for dessert! The skillet brownie … Incredible.

The food was decent but did not taste special(the queso was a little bland and oddly gelatinous, for example). The service, however, was outstanding. Its quality was on par with higher-dollar restaurant experiences I’ve had and made the dining experience positive overall. Would definitely go back.

I would give no stars if I could. I don’t know how this place has any good reviews after our experience. The one star would be for the one person who tried to help. I have been to Cantina Laredo before but this was our first time at this location and I can honestly say we will not return to this particular location. We walked in and there were only four other tables seated at the time. There appeared to be 4 – 5 servers there, no hostess, and a bartender that appeared to maybe be the manager. The resturaunt looked like a bomb had just gone off. Several dirty tables that had not been cleaned after guests had left, chips and food all over the carpeted floors, and no one really cleaning it up. This should have been our cue to leave but we were really craving Cantina so we stayed. We sat at the hostess booth for at least a couple of minutes before being acknowledged. One of the male servers from the back sat us at a booth that was not set up to be seated and didn’t appear very clean. He quickly tried to brush away the crumbs of food and grabbed some rolled silverware off of a neighboring table. We had plenty of time to look over the menu. We sat there at least 10 minutes before our server finally made his way over. He quickly got our drink order and apologized for the wait. We ordered two margaritas and a water. We figured the chip guy would bring some salsa and chips over while we waited for drinks by that never happened. When our server appeared with our waters we asked if we could get some chips. He disappeared and we didn’t see him for several minutes. We could see the bar from our table and the bar tender/manager seemed to be really struggling with the drinks. One sat at the service area to be picked up for like 5 minutes ice melting while she struggled with the other drink. 10 minutes later still no drinks, chips or server to be found. A female waiter came by and sweetly acknowledged that we had no chips and apologized. She offered to get us some and asked if she should go ahead and get our food order. We thanked her and ordered and waited some more. A few minutes later, our waiter came by with our margaritas that were watered down and not very tasty. The chip guy brought us our chips and salsa and a small cup of queso as well. I figured this was complimentary since we had been waiting so long for everything. It wasn’t until I heard the table behind us asking where there queso was that I figured out what had happened. Our food got out very quickly which was surprising considering the wait time for everything else. This is the part that really makes my skin crawl. Our server arrived with our hot plates on a tray and struggled to find a napkin or mit to transfer the plates from the tray to our table. Instead of walking a few feet to grab a clean napkin, he picks up a USED napkin from the neighboring dirty table and used THAT to transfer our plates to our table. You could see food on the napkin and see that it clearly been used by other guests that had dined at that table. I was so disgusted I didn’t touch the side of the plate that he had. The food was okay but not the best we had ever had there. Probably because I lost my appetite after the dirty napkin incident. We then got our check and quickly paid so we could get the hell out of there. The whole time we were there I swear our server was high on something. He was in another world it seemed. The other wait staff did absolutely nothing to help. They all stayed busy cleaning their sections and preparing for the next day. The only person that helped was the female I mentioned earlier. I wish I had gotten her name. This place needs a complete overhaul and they need to rip the carpet out of there. It’s dingy and disgusting and makes the place smell. Please get it together CantinaLaredo. You used to be my favorite mexican resturaunt.

This is what you call your typical over priced restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, but I wound rather go to the local mom and pops Mexican restaurant and spend a lot less money and get a lot better quality food. If you’re a fan of over spending for average food, then this is the perfect place for you to go to. I doubt I will be back. There is too many other good Mexican restaurants out there.

As usual, the food was fantastic. However, we arrived 20 minutes before our reservation for six. Hostess told us we would have to wait until 7:30, the time of our reservation. I was looking at an empty table for six and wondering«Is that our table’? Sure enough, at 7:30, she took us right to that table. What a bizarre experience. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that didn’t seat us early if the table was ready. Our table was ready but, like a stuffy school marm, the host chick refused to seat us. Thus the three rating. Take care of your customers, people!!!

My husband and I love this place! The service is great, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is romantic. I always get a classic margarita on the rocks and the tacos de pollo. Yum! I’ve yet to have a bad meal here. It’s a little on the pricier side but I feel it’s worth it. The one in downtown Fort Worth is the nicer location.

I ordered the tacos with red peppers which was over priced and just not that good. My mom had cheese enchiladas and it looked horrible. Only think that they have going for them is the salsa, beans, chips, and Queso. I don’t recommend this place.
