They have excellent service. I had a pub salad which was great and a generous serving. I also had broccoli cheese soup which was suburb! They feature Troon wines which are my favorite!

This is our go-to when traveling to or through Grants Pass. Their beer is great, food is superb(great flavor, great portions, great prices), and the service is consistently great as well. Love it!

I moved away from Southern Oregon about 10 years ago, but every time I drive through town, I make it a point to stop at Wild River. When I lived in GP, I thought that Wild River was a little too expensive and didn’t truly appreciate the quality of food. Now that I live in Washington, I just want a good old Wild River pizza or burger. The burgers are ½ lb angus patties, and are very tasty when cooked properly. I remember sometimes the burgers were overcooked, but most of the time they came to the table hot & juicy. My personal favorite was the burger with carmelized onions & cheddar on their homemade onion cheese bun. The fries are excellent, so good in fact, that I don’t want to order fries at other restaurants just to be disappointed. I really liked the pizzas, especially the Mediterranean pizza with the artichokes and feta. I think I’ve mastered how to cook it at home(sans the wood fired oven) and my friends are impressed when I make pizza for them. The regular Wild River pizza crust was pretty good to me, it got a hint of flavor from the wood fire and the sauce… oh my their sauce is the best! Not every meal was perfect, but every restaurant has problems. I will continue to eat at Wild River whenever I’m in the area.

This place should have been better. Nice ambiance but the menu was kind of bland. Food was decent and the servers tried very hard to please. We were seated upstairs so the noise level was quite high. Overall, not a bad selection when you are in Grants Passl

Do not eat here thay do not care about the customer. Thay put onion soaked in vinegar on my hamburger. With out asking me if I was allergic or if i wanted that put on. And then when I confronted them about it thay sead that’s how we do it and hung up on me. And because I was pissed when I called back to inform them of the manger hanging up on me thay wolud not make it right. After Eric had allrdy told me he would give me a gift card for my hamburger. I will be contacting the owner about this. Even if someone is pissed and swears a little the customer is always right and you either cook the food the way they want it or refund their money.

Remember when mom made whatever was your favorite? Well for us it’s here. Whatever… It’s here. And the wait staff? Always attentive and willing to serve. Misty was our waitress tonight, and always makes sure we’re pleased.

Kolsch was my favorite! Greek lamb pizza was to die for. Didn’t really care too much for the cheesy garlic bread. A little slow but they were busy. Worth the wait because the pizza was excellent. Definitely get a flight bc they have a lot of great beers.

As we were pulling into Grants Pass after a beautiful ride up US Highway 199 we checked in on Unilocal to find a good place for a brew and something to eat and we saw this is very interesting place called Wild River brewery and pizza and decided to stop in and give it a look. We were greeted by Andrea and she started to inform us about the brewery and the different Ale’s that were on tap. Originally we were seated at a table but when Andrea offered us a sampler to test the different brews on tap. When we ordered our individual pizzas we met Jordyn who was preparing the pizzas and she told us about the oven which was heated with wood, not gas. Also we learned that if your wearing a pub t-shirt you get a dollar off each pint you purchase. Cool huh. They have a variety of themes on the pint glasses so we had to buy at least 2. Lol. We liked then all! If you’re ever in Grants Pass you’ll be making a mistake if you don’t stop into the Wild River pub and check them out. Once again, thanks to Andrea and Jordyn for making our first visit a lasting memory.

The greeter was so confused. He handed me three menus and said I’m seating you over there and pointed to our table. He did apologize later. We had to ask for our waitress. When the pizza came they hadn’t given us utensils or napkins and then only had enough plates for two of the three of us. The pizza is only slightly better than a frozen pizza — or maybe not. I don’t drink beer so I can’t comment on it.

We checked out Wild River Brewing while on our voyage back to Sacramento from Portland. This was an excellent choice! It was a bit off the freeway– but worth it. The ambiance was definitely nothing to be desired– but their food and beverages were excellent! They have a child’s menu as well, reasonable. I ordered their Clam Chowder which was creamy and chunky– and their salad dressings are all house made!!! Their pizzas are personal sized and didn’t not disappoint. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the beer., but the home made Root Beer was tasty. We would return if ever in the are again– Just don’t turn away from their empty lot, or one way street.

Here’s a spot for great pizza. Multiple styles available as well as sandwiches and dinners. You have to try the beer they make here. I had the nut brown, awesome. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I had the Greek Lamb pizza with a thin crust, it was fantastic.

Weekday lunch, disappointing food all around, from the salmon ravioli(dry canned-like salmon), to the sandwiches, to the salads. Service was pretty good. Granted, didn’t try the pizza or beer, so would be worth a try to check those out.

Came on a Friday about 5pm service was awesome best I have had in a long time, beer was also very very good but come on what beer isn’t, got a fired baked pizza… it was ok I have had way better but I will come back for sure to give everything else a try, menu options are huge so I’m sure a five is in there future. Will recommend and be coming back for sure.

First off, I was surprised that Grants Pass even had a brewery. Secondly, they brew fairly good beer. I’ve only had their pizza once, and while not spectacular was still tasty. And that might describe Wild River in general, highly above average, but not quite great. So what are they missing? As a beer drinker, that signature beer, the one which reminds you, unmistakably, of Wild River. My personal favorite is the Octoberfest, and the honey wheat. But I’ve yet to try all of them either. There is definite room for improvement. However, if in Grants Pass I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, at least not for beer-lovers.

I’m leaving a 3 star review. I should have reviewed after our first visit. It would have been a five! Great food, pretty great service, my kids adore wild River. Remind me to review Abby’s, because if you’re in a toss up regarding which place to eat at, the answer is absolutely NOT Abby’s. Here is the reason I docked two stars: My son wanted to go to Wild River for his special little birthday meal. We’ve always had great service before. There was a waiting list, we put our names down, and were skipped not once, but twice. I’m really trying hard to not think it was due to a teeny little nose ring, or labret piercing with mg otherwise conservative outfit. Hey? I mean I even have a coach bag? A real one? And my bling itself can tell you that I’m good for the tab, so why skip a mom and her little boy who just want some pineapple pizza and dessert?(It wasn’t due to party size either. The other people had 2&3 in their parties as well.) We had a guy server. Be was great. The hostess that seated us, take note, we won’t be back.
