I came here more to spend time with a large company of 11 and some good conversations, than to find an amazing feat. Needless to say, I’ve accomplished both of those things and then some. The staff is extremely friendly, very attentive and helpful. The food, however, unfortunately fell a bit short… Although the choices were wide, creative and lots of choices to adhere to pretty much every taste. Unfortunately, the quality and presentation didn’t quite match the price they were asking… I believe round table pizza has the absolute best crust that any pizza parlor can create… Some come close, while most fall short. The sauce wasn’t too far off, it was good and competitive, however, it wasn’t anything spectacular that stood out. The toppings are what they are. As long as they’re fresh, it’s pretty hard to mess those up, which this place delivered on that. Their salad fall short… Completely short, not even on the same level as everything else. I couldn’t even finish it. Aside from that, I’d put this on the same scale as mountain mikes pizza. Worth a visit, but don’t expect this place to blow you away. Still a good visit and meal though

Got a large bbq pizza the other day because they don’t offer buffalo pizza, it was the biggest rip off ever! Hardly any bbq sauce, more pesto than Anything and hardly any chicken! 30 bucks! Ouch, if your gonna charge for a quality pizza you better produce! Won’t be back.

Bad food. Didnt understand the diamond shaped pizza, i came to eat not to learn geometry when trying to split the pizza evenly. Only decent thing was the service. Also, the ketchup looked ancient. Gross.

Definitely 5 stars for service and good service can be hard to find. Our server John was helpful, friendly, and attentively one step ahead of us our entire stay. Great pizza combinations, and they cut it in a diagonal direction to create bites of pizza which is super fun for snacking and sharing. Tastes good too. The beer is definitely drinkable but it could use some work.

Poor service and expensive food there are much better options in the area, try The Haul or Climate City. Service has been poor since forever, don’t expect it and you’ll be happier in the end. Food quality has gone down hill as has the quality of ingredients.

Okay my burger was a little over cooked but the everything else was great. Enjoyed the beer, food and great service very much. If it was closer it would surely be a regular hang out for me.

We are here from one of my best pals 80th birthday and everything was«comped» so I can’t comment on price but they seemed reasonable when I glanced at a menu. There were five different pizzas being served, all the typical flavors and pretty tasty. A number of the house specialty beers were there for our enjoyment, a India Pale Ale, Bohemian Pilsener and a Nut Brown Ale all very good with the Pils being my favorite. I suspect we’ll be back here sometime as this is my friends favorite pizza joint.

Went here last night for dinner. Sat on the patio as we brought our pup along. We were the only ones on the patio so it was really nice and quiet. I was worried about service since we were the only ones out there, but our server was great! She always seemed to show up at the right times. My husband and I both ordered the nut brown ale and we loved it! Such wonderful flavor. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and Oktoberfest pizza for dinner. Both delicious. The pizza was an interesting combo but I enjoyed it. We ordered the éclair for dinner and it was so amazing! Incredibly large too so I was glad we shared it. I will definitely be back on any more trips through the area.

E.S.B. was good, but please note — if you travel for business and use AMEX — this place doesn’t take it.

I recently moved to the area from Ca. and happened to come into Wild River due to home renovations at the new house. We were promptly greeted and seated as we entered a very busy restaurant. The staff was pleasant and very happy to serve us. Lets say that I have been back to dine since my first visit at least 10 times and this is all within a 40 day time span. The people are very courteous that work there and extremely helpful. I have tried many things on the menu and can honestly say that I have not had anything that I was unhappy with. Quite the opposite. The pizzas are works of art. The pastas are rich and full of flavors. And the beers are now some of my very favorites. Try the ESB or the IPA. Both are off the hook! The Octoberfest is also very full flavored as well. I have even taken growlers of beer back with me to California to friends when I make trips to move more items to my new home in GP. My friends love the beer! No matter what you order you need to try the Jalapeño popper appetizers! Totally awesome! In all, every visit has been a 5⁄5 star visit for me!

Went to birthday lunch with the parents and really enjoyed the visit. Good food, nice staff, and pleasant atmosphere. They ordered a pizza and I had a sandwich. I tried the pizza and would definitely have it next time. The sandwich was good, interesting peasant bread, fresh ingredients. The fries were interesting. I think they are beer battered and they taste especially good with the ranch dip they brought with it. Overall, I would stop in again, try some of the other sandwiches, and take a pizza home for later. I don’t drink beer, so can’t comment on that at all.

Was a little worried since the reviews are mixed but we enjoyed it. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich from the daily special menu. It was excellent! Bread was soft and fresh, chicken was moist, big chunks of blue cheese and pickled onions that were excellent. I had a side salad. Very fresh and delicious. Wondering if they have home grown tomatoes because they had great flavor which is unusual in a restaurant. Hubby ordered a Mediterranean pizza. It was good. Nothing fantastic but not bad either. Kid had the homemade Mac and cheese. They loved it. One had kid pizza. She said it was delicious. Beers were good too. Good value for a family of 5. We were with another family of 5 but they did great accommodating our large group(10 in all). The restaurant was a little dated in décor but clean and appeared well maintained. It was open and bright. I liked the different levels of seating. Bathroom was clean. We would return.

Nice clean resteraunt with great service and reasonable prices. Did not try the pizza but did burgers. They were very tasty and the french fries were awesome. Had the beer sampler tray, I preferred the Kölsh style ale and the Bohemian Pilsner because they were more bubbly and tasted very fresh. The blackberry porter was good too. In the end we picked the ESB for a growler fill which was a good deal. Also got a cream filled éclair. I would like to come back and try the pizza as well as some of the dessert items. The kids liked this place too.

I checked into a hotel in Grants Pass and this is where they sent me. I’m a bit of a beer connoisseur, so I’m always on the lookout to try new pubs. When I walked in(and it was after dark), I was shocked: it was probably the least attractive brewpub I have ever seen. It looked like the breakfast room of a hotel built in the 90’s. The lighting was bright(it was after 9pm, too) and the wall were white. It is the epitome of what a brewpub shouldn’t look like on the inside. Oh, did I mention the ridiculous boat in the center of the restaurant? As for the beer, it was ok. I had a rather bland(not bad) IPA, as well as a palatable ESB. My friend had a house salad for $ 5 which was really unremarkable and not very enticing. We ordered the«wood fired» Il Carne pizza and were really disappointed. It really tasted a lot like frozen pizza out of the box rather than an artisan pizza. The crust really was like cardboard and the sauce was flavorless. Fortunately, we were starving and would have eaten just about anything. Also, I was surprised at the price($ 25). A last note about the service. We were greeted right when we walked in the door. The place is expansive and was mostly empty. My question is why then would the host seat us by a group of inebriated softball players and the children who were literally running around screaming? Does anybody want to sit by that? There must have been 30 or more empty tables. .. . I guess this place just didn’t meet my expectations as either a brewpub or a pizza joint. I expected much better.

We were almost pathologically quickly seated. The hostess greeted us warmly when we walked in, took us right to our table on the upper level, and promptly brought us our waiter, Kevin. Kevin was solicitous, knowledgeable about specials, and very nice. We had excellent beer(quickly served), I had a side salad with some delicious onions, of all things, and we had a really good pizza that did not have any of the previously mentioned complaints of bad crust or tastelessness. Yeah, it’s not the frickin’ Michelin-rated gourmet restaurant, but if you come in expecting that, perhaps you’re on the wrong road trip /area visit.

Disappointing is an understatement. Came in with our kids, thought it might be fun. Should have known better when server called me bro. Dinner was tasteless at best. Ordered the meat calzone. All bread. Not cooked fully and no taste. Canceled my side salad and bottle of wine after waiting 35 mins. We will not visit this restaurant again. Beware. Poor service, bad food.

Uh, no. Way too expensive for the quality. Wild River tries to do the whole«NW Crust» thing, but they fail miserably at it. For those of you familiar with said crust, you know that it shouldn’t be bone dry on the inside. I mean dust-dry. So bad. I had a mini and it was so over cooked the middle of the pizza looked just like the edge – brown and cheeseless. Why my hubby’s medium was nice and cheesy in the center and mine wasn’t is a mystery. I suspect they cook all the pizzas the same amount of time, regardless of size. Yuck. The meat was good(Taylor’s), but that’s it. I will say that the following day I quite enjoyed the middle pieces of pizza, cold, dipped in Reeser’s ranch dip.
