The Cigar Cave

Won’t make another trip to the Cigar Cave. On all 5 of my last visits, they were out of the majority of the cigars I was looking for. I can understand being out of particular brands once in a while, that’s business. But, being out of cigars 5 times in a row, poor management/​operations. If demand is high for a particular cigar, you order more to keep up with the demand. Of course, I’m always offered «alternative» more expensive cigars at their recommendation, but at the listed prices. It appears to me, they intentionally leave the less expensive cigar boxes empty to try to get you to spend extra money on something you never wanted in the first place. I gave you plenty of chances to stock your shelves, you continue to disappoint. I do believe in supporting my local business’, unfortunately, the Cigar Cave does not believe in supporting it’s local customers. Sorry guys, too many chances to get it straight, time to chalk up my losses and move on…

I love this place! Best place in Grants Pass and surrounding area to buy the freshest cigars and man cave items!

Great little shop. Awesome staff. Very helpful and friendly/​family like to all customers. I will make the 30 minute drive as often as I can to support them. Nice selection of sticks as well, for ‘southern’ Oregon. Small, but very nice atmosphere.

This Place is a true Class Act… An asset to downtown Grants Pass… Fun, friendly and knowledgable staff… Wide Variety of cigars and u won’t find a finer Cigar Store in the area… I won’t go anywhere else…
