I am not sure why this place has so many stars the one uptown is way better. they seriously almost never get an order right, like 8 times out of ten they get something wrong. I just came from there and they didnt even put cheese on the burgers.

Ordered street tacos again this time with a taco salad I got steak salad and mom got beef as usual tacos were outstanding fresh salsa bar to boot the taco salad took a little longer but when it came it was a super fresh shell way fresher than full service Mexican restaurants anywhere I’ve been too. All for 5.59 and 4.99 amazing. Also got a free cookie for the wait. Definitely a great fast food place to stop. Also try the big Carl combo for 5.50 it blows the Big Mac outta the ocean.

I love the personnel in this Carl’s Jr location! They are always cheerful, and seldom make mistakes.
The manager always pitches in, doing the same work as his employees. I have seen him clean tables, deliver orders, stop and chat with customers, take orders, and serve at the drive up window. This is a fast-​paced restaurant, and he keeps it flowing smoothly.

Katie was awesome. It’s really refreshing to have someone cheerfully greet you are you first arrive and make your experience pleasant from start to finish. The manager came over to ask us how everything was and to apologize for the wait, which wasn’t much of one in the first place. Top notch service!

Went through drive-​thru this morning where we heard Katie. She was an absolute delight as she took our order. She repeated the order back without complication, gave us our total and had us pull forward.
We reached the window and complimented her on her pleasantness, with a smile she replied «just doing my job» completely humble.
I wish there were more people in the industry like Katie.

The food here is fine. It’s nothing special, what you’d expect. The service however is horrendous. The girl that seems to be in charge is behind the counter barking orders while she just stands there. With all this yelling going on you’d hope the service would at least be speedy. It defiantly isn’t.
If I come back here I’ll be going in the drive threw.

They get the special order right every time. We have eaten there a couple times a month since they opened. I prefer this restaurant over Jimmy’s for burgers any day. Always had fast, friendly service. Food is juicy and hot. Also, the N. end Carls Jr. is a very different experience. I don’t go to that one anymore due to poor service and mistakes on the orders.

Pulled in off the freeway for a quick meal. Carl’s Jr. usually has some of the better quality fast food but this one didn’t.
The burger was dry and luke-​warm like it had been left under a heat lamp for ½ an hour. The bacon was rubbery and the bun was soggy. I took 2 bites and threw it away. The counter personnel were indifferent.
