Rob and his crew were great — two different installations.
The first time about three years ago, we tried the turf in our back yard — I wasn’t convinced I would like the ‘fake’ look of artificial turf… We tried it and the product Rob offers was great — very natural appearance look and feel — the grand kids love to play on it and I have to say it looks nice and green every time we look out at the back yard.
Now with the drought, we didn’t want to have a brown lawn in front and didn’t want just plants and bark, so we called Rob again. He had the same product — newer better version and in a slightly longer length so it looked even more natural. He also offered some suggestions about how to work it into the landscaping. As before, the crew was great and checked in with us as they were installing and really left things looking very complete and neat — all worked into the existing landscaping — well beyond expectations.

Rob and his crew were amazing. When my wife and I searched for an artificial grass installer we interviewed five different contractors. As a civil engineer in land development, I paid close attention to each sales pitch to see if they knew what they were talking about. Rob clearly was speaking from experience. He was not relying on a sales pitch but rather speaking from a lengthy history in the industry. When his price ended up in the lower half of the estimates we were quick to select him as our contractor. It is rare to find someone as knowledgeable and cost competitive as Rob.
Rob stayed in close contact with us as our install date came close and let us know right away when a weather delay pushed our date back. When our install date arrived, we were more than impressed. He and his crew were great with our 2 year old son as he watched the installation. You could tell immediately that all four were very experienced. Rob and his crew had all the appropriate materials and tools to get the job done right. In the end, my wife and I are extremely impressed with the final product and would recommend Rob to anyone.

Rob and his team are AMAZING! They really know what they are doing, and it shows. We had a few quotes from other companies, but Rob was the the only one that stood out. He had a much superior product than others, and his knowledge of the care, quality and maintenance was outstanding. Our son loves the new backyard that he can run and play in now.

With the arrogance of the Contractors. I had decided to forget it and plant grass. I then made a call to Rob at natural tech and he was amazing on the phone. He answered all of my questions and offered me information. I was so excited about his professionalism I decided to get a bid from him. It has been the Best experience. I highly recommend him. Who knew that getting bids for artificial turf would be like getting any other remodeling job done on your house? One guy completely negates that one, and the other one says something else that makes you question the third guy, and on and on. And the prices were all over the map. How could it vary in price and information… it’s a 750 square feet section of fake grass??? Well, I don’t know but it does.
We had four guys give us bids. I work at the Dept of Consumer Affairs, so I already knew we were going to select someone with a C-​27 license – not just a D-​12. Just about anyone can get a D-​12, but the actual C-​27 is a Landscaping License and requires a higher level of expertise and knowledge.
Natural Tech has been in the business the longest and Ron had probably more knowledge about the business than anyone we had contacted. And what comes through is his passion for the product and even though he was not the cheapest (we learned that lesson a long time ago), we are very glad we selected him.
Rob was on time for all appointments (this is something I care about – others may not), did a great job and his crew were very nice and respectful of our property. Rob oversaw the job and made sure everything was up to his standards, although his crew were on top of it… they obviously have a really good working relationship and I doubt they would do anything different with the owner there or not.
The lawn looks great… it was a difficult decision to spend this kind of money for a front yard, but once we got over the sticker shock, we are glad we did it and even more happy that we chose Natural Tech to do the job.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another vendor we heard about

the best ‘lawn’ will look fake if the installer doesn’t know what he’s doing. Rob

The owner Rob return my phone call right away. He was able to come out to our home and had great ideas to improve our landscaping dilemmas and was very knowledgable as far as both the artificial turf and plants. Our yard turned out beautiful, neighbors stop and comment on how beautiful our yard is. He and his crew were on time and did a fantastic job.

WONDERFUL! Rob at Natural Tech was great to work with. He was able to come out next day for an estimate and provided the estimate on the spot. We were impressed with his knowledge in the turf and the installation process — you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. There were no fluctuations in the estimate/​cost and no surprises during the installation process. We just had a small backyard space and so many installers would be less than thrilled about the project, but Rob was willing and at the right price. Him and his crew were always on time, professional, and courteous. I had several extra requests and decision changes (that I’d like to blame on pregnancy hormones) throughout the process, and Rob followed through without a hitch. Highly recommended.
