There was a guy with a sign outside, 1 slice and a salad for $ 5.99. Nope, Buffett is $ 7.49. Would not go look at their sign, would not honor the price. Total BS false advertising.

This was the worst experience of my life. So I call these people and they say that a one topping pizza is 6 $. So I’m like sweet an actually good priced pizza, rather than their usually 20 $, which it completely ridiculous for the low quality pizza they make. Next I go to their empty, dumpy restaurant to pick up my THREE pizzas I ordered. The lady says the total is 38 dollars. Then they say on their crappy pepperoni and cheese pizza is the only ones that are 6 dollars. We try to explain that the inexperienced employee on the phone said all one topping pizzas were 6 $s. And guess what? They all say that they were willing to throw the pizza away and make new ones which will take more time. Overall they wouldn’t let us pay the advertised price. Now I’m heated, finna blow a gasket, and then ask to talk to the manager about this unfathomable circumstance and they say she is on break. At 7:30 the manager is on break. Really! NEVEREVERGOHERE!!! Unless u want overpriced bad pizza with terrible service.

When did the customer become not right? Today! Dec 21st apx 6pm Went in there with my family for the special. I am dairy free(no cheese) and the counter help said no substitutes. She asked the so called 17 yr old mgr if she can authorize it. Surprisingly NO! They can’t offer me a pepperoni pizza with no cheese that actually saves the owner money!!! Then to top it off, the asshole workers laughed and joked about it while we discussed it. Amazingly enough, the one on El Dorado Hills do as well as Round Table and Dominos. Mountain Mike! You stink. Lost a customer and more importantly I will bash you, especially this specific location ever chance I can get!

Owner is miserable. I watched a senior couple asked for a senior discount on a small pizza. He said«no». So sad. Will not go back! Restaurant was empty. Wish I didn’t preordered would of cx order.

Pizza was great! Their gluten free pizza is actually tasty. Ordered 6 mountains and a few GF pizzas for a party and the order was perfect & on time! To top it off their daily special was a better deal than my coupon so they gave me 30% off the total order. Our guests were happy & so was I. I will order again!!!

I ate here a few days ago while I was in town shopping. I am very picky when it comes to pizza. The restaurant was busy, yet they managed to keep up with the cleanliness! I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes from the time I ordered until my food was at my table. The staff was friendly and efficient. The manager herself, brought my pizza out. Sarah was her name! The crust was perfectly crisp. Perfect ratio of sauce to cheese! Great pizza all the way around! I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

We were randomly in this neck of the woods and saw they had a $ 5 pizza deal on Mondays– a medium cheese or pepperoni for $ 5. To keep it simple, we ordered a medium half cheese half pepperoni and two sodas… We ate the pizza; it was good. Nothing fancy, but good. We boxed up the leftovers and left and on the way home I asked my date how much our meal was– I looked at the receipt — $ 19?! I thought it would have been like $ 9?! So they charged us for a full price regular medium pizza because I didn’t want pepperoni on ALL of it? It would have been courteous to let a customer know«Sorry it’s one or the other» if it’s real problem… but I don’t see how one could call half cheese a «substitution». Bad business my friend. Won’t be back here.

Good pizza. I’m giving it 5 stars tonite because of the outstanding customer service by Sabrina! She went out of her way to make sure our family was well taken care of. She takes pride in her job and Mountain Mikes would be lucky to have a team of employees like her!

Never again, only good thing about the pizza is the pepperoni. Crust is awful and cheese tastes like plastic. Dominos put them to shame. Even PAPAJOHNS blows them away. Not only by customer service but their product as well.

I love Mtn Mikes, but this is the worst tasting one EVER. I thought it might have just been me, but the guests at our house agreed. The cheese pizza for the kids is like cheesy cardboard. It’s so gross! The crust on every style we bought was disgusting on the bottom. And if I’m going to pay near $ 40 for two pizzas, they should at least be enjoyable. I would stick with another brand, maybe Digiorno.

The salad bar is a fairly good selection, but really difficult to actually access the items IN the salad bar. The pizza is also fairly good, but nothing better than any other place. Roundtable definitely has a better salad bar. We probably won’t go back.

When your pizza business features prominently on its website a particular custom variety of pizza(«Mt. St. Helens»), and you can’t fill your customer’s online order properly because you somehow lack a simple but key ingredient(ortega peppers), you have three options:(1) run next door to the Raley’s supermarket and get a can of the frigging peppers;(2) substitute jalapenos — entirely different texture and flavor — and give the customer a break on the price of the pizza; or(3) go for option #2 but with no price break. We were given option #3. And when the delivery guy showed up, it was without the half-liter of Pepsi we had also ordered. Hence, no tip for the delivery guy and one star on Unilocal!for the pizza joint. This place needs some quick lifesaving intervention.

My DIL and I spent a long cold day outside at a horse show. We were too tired to cook or go out. Solution: Mountain Mikes Pizza!!! Oh My!!! We ordered the MountVeggieMore! Delicious!!! I would order it again tomorrow and I usually have pizza maybe twice a year. It was really that good!!! Do not hesitate! You will enjoy!!!

I have been coming to this location about 2 – 3 times a month since they opened. Great pizza and always great service at front counter for take out orders. Almost every week night they have a special deal. Tues all pizzas are 40% off. The gals at front counter are good and understand customer service. Nice!

Very disappointed! Used the website ordering. Ordered a large combo. When i picked it up. It looked like a medium at most other pizza places. $ 22 and some change. I won’t be ordering any others from this place. Too many choices in the area.

Went there the other day for their buffet and it’s couldn’t have been better. 5.95 $ for all you can eat salad bar and pizza and bread sticks. They will frequently bring out pizza as it’s running low and make sure there’s always pizza there. They even take requests on what type of pizza to make. It’s a very cheap and delicious lunch. They also have frozen yogurt. What else can you ask for. They also have great discounts all the time. Makes this place much cheaper than round table.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order at 5PM on a Saturday night. I’m home alone with a gaggle of 10 year olds for a birthday slumber party. After I place the order, I get a confirmation email that shows it’ll be delivered. An hour passes and I’m getting nervous so I give the restaurant a call. It turns out that they weren’t’ paying attention to their computer and therefore, didn’t get the order. I explained my circumstances and they said it’d be another hour before the pizza can be delivered. Are you kidding me? They weren’t willing to do anything to expedite it… I live less than 5 minutes from the location so there is NOWAY it would take an hour to make three pizzas and deliver them — 30 minutes MAYBE. I asked to speak with a manager, but there’s no manager working. What? Really? You leave a pizza joint manned by clearly incompetent people on a SATURDAYNIGHT with NOMANAGER? They offered NOTHING for their dropping the ball — no discount, no expedience, just a half-hearted apology. Whatever. I ask for an immediate refund of the $ 80 I had paid for the three pizzas — yeah, $ 80 for three pizzas — over priced AND incompetent. But it turns out that they cannot give me a refund, it has to go through corporate and that’ll have to wait till Monday. I am so blown away by their lack of intelligence and customer service. I would not patronize this place again for anything. UPDATE: Now I wish I could give negative stars. I just received a call from Sandy who I was advised was one of the owners and she clearly couldn’t have cared less, she just wanted my credit card number to process my refund. She offered lots of excuses, such as how that night was the busiest night since the beginning of time, etc, etc, etc. This organization needs a lesson on customer retention. Thank goodness there are other options for people who would prefer to spend their money with a company that appreciates the patronage. I sincerely hope that this business moves on sooner than later and thus, making room for something more interesting.

Typical lunch buffet. Good salad, sit near the pizza to look for the fresh one coming out. I like that they have fro-yo, wish it was worked into a lunch deal.
