Round Table Pizza

This is my first time eating at round table. The pizza there is not that great. They didn’t have great Pizza selections on the buffet. the buffet was really messy, it wasn’t clean. I just wanted to try this place out because, everyone was telling me how good it was. Well, I took that L. :(I just wish I would have looked around before I paid for it.
I’m giving it 2 stars because of the Salad bar and customer service.

I really love this location they have never disappointed me in the last 7 years. I ALWAYS order delivery.

This review is a bit overdue.
Back when they were advertising their Hearty Supreme pizza, that had ground beef in the pizza sauce & fresh basil on top. Ordered pick-​up on a Friday night. Upon entering the establishment, there were a couple patrons ahead of me. As I waited in line, I took a look around & noticed the place was pretty tidy, with only a table or two that were empty still containing reminisce of pizza & soda cups. Overall, it was clean & service was steady good. My wait only being about 10 min, I quickly got to the register to pay for my order. Before paying, as customary, I examined the pizza. The cashier asked me if everything looked ok, to which I responded, «Looks like it’s missing some green stuff, right?» I was referring to the missing fresh basil that was one of the main reasons for me ordering this specialty pizza. The cashier looked a little puzzled, as if he didn’t know what greenery I was talking about. «Basil.» Ding, lightbulb! He quickly grabbed some & put it in a to-​go container instead of adding it to my pizza. So I had to do that myself once I got home. Didn’t think that was enough to mark down a star, since the pizza itself was AWESOME!!! The Hubs & I certainly hope they bring this one back!

We love the pizza at this location but they always mess up the toppings. However, they always remake it right for us. They need more employees based on how busy they always are.

Great round table, friendly service and great food. They don’t deliver to my home because I’m just out of range, but other than that, no complaints

It’s the evening after Christmas. A mad house to say the least for delivery and carry out. The dining room is empty. I’m not experiencing anything negative. I called in for carry out like so many customers are doing tonight. The guy on the phone was receptive and polite. My order is a specialty pizza with some additional toppings. He even went over my coupon options and told me which one offered the best discount. Paying for my order with Amanda was fine. She apologized for the delay as it is busier than usual. No one wants to cook the day after Christmas apparently. Not me!!! So she offered me a glass of water while I wait. She also bagged up my paper plates, cheese and peppers. Everyone is being friendly and making sure the customers are tended too. I can hear the cooks and the delivery guys in the back. Everyone is speaking professionally to each other. Way to go Staff! I’m sorry you’ve had some negative reviews in the recent past, but it looks like you’re doing great now!

Horrible customer service!!! Order cinnamon twist and left with no icing on them. When I called them they basically said it wasn’t their fault because the cups of icing were left next to my box of pizza and I should have seen them. However, the last time I ordered the icing was not in cups but rather drizzled over them. Not sure how I was suppose to know they are in cups now. They wanted to put me on a VIP list for next time with 2 cups of icing. (Already paid for and didn’t get). And I ordered a large pizza and they only put 2 packets of parmesan cheese. WTH… How cheap!!! Will NEVER order for this place again. This could have been handled much differently, but the manager had no customer skills at all.

This place truly sucks!!! The people working here couldn’t care less. Took forever just to pay. Then had to ask over and over to get items put on the salad bar and get pizza. You know you have a buffet and you know you’ve booked rooms for large parties so act accordingly!!!
Never come here!

Ordered online thinking it would save me time. Came a few minutes early so I could make a salad while I wait. It’s now 30 minutes after the time the online order predicted my order would be ready.
Place is empty aside from a sports gathering.
Don’t come here on your lunch break

Empfehlung von unseren Freunden. Das Lokal befindet sich in einer guter Gegend und bietet außer Pizza auch Salatbar sowie Chicken Wings.
Es gibt fünf verschiedene Größen das Größte ist Extra Large mit 16 Stückchen Pizza.
Geschmack ist i. O also 4 Sterne.

This was a terrible round table experience. The customer service was great, delivery driver was so kind & had everything we needed! But the pizza was thin, over cooked, and very few toppings. Wasn’t like a round table pizza at all. Very disappointed, cost too much for a brown crappy pizza

Great Pizza, Best Beer Prices in a 50 mile radius on Thursday nights… what’s not to like?

We used to come here and get take out all of the time. But the food was very inconsistent (over cooked toppings & crust) and unless you gave a coupon ($ 28.00 for a large combo) very pricey. Delivery drivers are rude and abrupt. Looking for a new pizza place.

I came in with my family and it was great all around! Greeted by about 2 – 3 employees as soon as we walked in the door. No complications with the order being taken. The girl on register was Sydney and she was bubbly and friendly and incredibly helpful since it was our first time. Kaytlynn was the supervisor on duty we were informed and she was as sweet as could be and told us about Unilocal so of course I had to. Great job to all that not only work up front but in the hot kitchen as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Overall, just an average Round Table. Some of the managers are really nice and competent, but the owners must not care about the place at all. They have wifi — it automatically latches on to your iPhone, and gets your wifi icon to show up — but it doesn’t work! To use your phone on the internet in this place, you have to turn wifi off! And it’s been that way for many, many months. The owners either are too checked out to know about this, or else they know and don’t care. Unacceptable either way — only the nice managers save this from being a 1 or 2 star review.

Came here today for lunch and salad. The salad bar was excellent with lots of fresh produce. Was greated promptly and with courtesy. Pizza was good and overall experience was positive. We have ordered pizza from here before but have never had it in the restaurant.

Another franchise poorly run by kids who don’t give a crap about anything.
Tonight while paying for my take out — the gentlemen behind me politely asked «can I just take my pizza — I see it #55 — I already paid online!»
The manager speaks «you still have to sign» then says under her breath «you’ll have to wait in line like everyone else!»
Seriously? Never going here again!

After my terrible previous posting, I have to admit that we have gone back and ordered pizza for delivery. We no longer run into delays. Plus, they offered us a free pizza to resolve my previous issues. They did remind me that I should have talked to a manager when I was disappointed.

The staff here is friendly and our food doesn’t take very long. We come with our friends and all enjoy the food. We usually get the salad bar, supreme pizza, and a garlic chicken. The salad bar is my favorite part. Even when we go late at night the salad tastes fresh. We will be coming back in the future.

This is our stop when we are hungry after working out at the gym (i know how counter productive) I always order the garlic chicken with white sauce and a salad. It always taste delicious, their salad bar is a hit and miss sometimes its fully stocked but sometimes its not but i can’t blame them we go there pretty late in the evening. Overall i love this location and So when i’m in the Roseville area this will be my pizza place.

The worst experience I have ever had at a pizza joint.
We ordered a vegetarian pizza on a Sunday night (Dec 23, 2012) via telephone and was told by the girl taking the order that it would take 30 minutes. We waited about 40 minutes before driving to the restaurant. I walked in and paid for the pizza. The girl at the cash register told that the kitchen was backed up and we’d have to wait a little while. No problem, I thought — how long can it be?
We ended up waiting for another 50 minutes before getting our pizza — that is, we waited for 80 minutes for our pizza.
There was a huge group of folks waiting for their pizzas and based on what I heard, all of them were promised 30 minutes and most of them had waited well over an hour for their pizzas. The worst part was that the girls taking the phone orders were still telling customers that their pizzas would take only 30 minutes!
I saw pizzas coming out of the oven, ready to fall off the belt. I called into the kitchen to warn them and they pushed it back into the oven. The kitchen was a chaotic mess! When guests asked the cashiers to check on their pizzas, no one in the kitchen could locate them and no one had any idea how much longer it was going to take.
I spoke with Alec, the manager, who was stressed beyond belief, and asked for a refund since we were ready to walk out of there and buy dinner somewhere else. Right as he was voiding our transaction, our pizza came out so he gave it to us for free. It tasted fine but was a bit cool, which told me that the pizza had been sitting in the chaotic kitchen for a while.
This was an awful experience — I don’t recommend going to this place unless you have a lot of patience or going in during off-​peak times.
