Magic Water Pool Service

Magic water pool service is wonderful. Nick is very knowledgeable about our pool. I don’t know what the other guy was talking about the magic water pool service is great and we are lucky to have Nick as our pool service guy. Magic water has fair prices and is always there to answer our questions and or concerns.

This business is no longer owned by Jeremy. Any reviews of this you may find are no longer valid as Jeremy sold the business to Nick. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Nick.
Here’s the story. We were searching for a pool service. Magic Water was one of three that was called. No appointment was made. We decided on another service. On the day of the other appt, this guy shows up to service the pool. It turned out it was Nick. We didn’t know he wasn’t the guy we hired. He just came in and started working on the pool. That was sleezy. It was quite embarrassing when the people we did engage showed up a few hours later.
Nick went on to try treating the pool. After two weeks, the pool was just as green as it started. He wanted us to drain water from the pool during a drought. We requested a refund. He refused to answer calls or emails. I threatened the better business bureau on him. He actually sent us an invoice for work while this was going on. He finally refunded part of the money to us. He claimed it was our fault that we didn’t disclose the condition of the pool to him! Do not use this service.
BTW I reached Jeremy and he sold this to Nick about a year ago. From what I’ve gathered, Jeremy did do good work.
