Dutch Brothers Coffee

I want to give this place 5 stars for the coffee and music, but that wait in the drive through is unbearable. I’m not even sure how they can address it because that location is so popular

Such a great location. Both sides are easy to pull through.
I usually get a london fog (early grey tea, milk, & a bit of vanilla syrup) more like a latte and it’s my absolute favorite drink. It’s not too sweet, but has jist enough kick from the tea ro keep me going .
The white chocolate micha is also really good, but it’s realllly sweet.
The baristas are always super friendly (as with any Dutch Bros. & I’ll be back soon!

I think this place has ruined my life. It’s so good

I absolutely love dutch bros. I am a proud dutch bros customer. I go to all locations multiple times a day. But this one always upsets me. Every time I visit this store the baristas are very rude. Today was the last straw. The gentleman at the walk up window took my order. I ordered two White Coffee Bean Iced Kickers. He looked at me sideways and with attitude he replied «you want what?!» For starters he did not greet me. Say hello, or anything. Then, after waiting 15 minutes he came back to the window and asked «was it white bean coffee kickers??» I said yes. Then I waited for another 10 minutes for my order.
Many of you would ask why I keep coming back if the service is horrible. I come back hoping that I’ll get some good service. But, out of the many times I’ve been to this location. All times were bad. I will definitely skip this location and drive further for another.

People here are so nice! Our first time here, drinks on them. WHATTTT! We used to frequent Starbucks before we moved to Granite Bay. We were missing out. Staff here are way more friendly and coffee is amazing. My bf has come nearly everyday and we’ve lived here for only a month. Talk about addictions lol.

Been going here ever since it opened, customer service is great and are really fast. Best Dutch Bros in Sacramento.

I love how this location has 2 service lanes, which makes it very convenient, no matter which way you’re driving from on the road, Dutch Bros is ready for you! My classic all-​time fav, of course, is the Iced Kicker! Need a pick-​me-​up? The 911 (if you can handle the crazy amount of espresso shots!). Need a sweet treat and a feeling of the holiday season in your mouth?! The hot (or cold) Caramel Nog is to die for!
The other day, it for a little warmer and I was extremely thirsty and craving something refreshing (like a Dutch Bros iced tea!). With a recommendation from my Dutch Broista, I got the PEACH GRAPEFRUIT GREEN TEA (ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!); super refreshing, with the right amount of sweetness and sourness to it. Yum!

A great way to infuse your day with a little positive charge! Fantastic cup of coffee and very personable staff. I always leave this place with a cup of happiness in my hand and a smile on my face!

I have given up going to the other major coffee chain. Dutch Bro’s just gets it. Excellent customer service everytime. (I mean, c’mon! Telling me I look adorable… I don’t care if you ARE telling everyone this… it still makes my day!)
The drinks are affordable, delicious, and you never lose my free drink. Plus, free stickers and you go out of your way to give to the community…5 stars all the way.

I stop here on my way to work 2 – 3 times a week. Im not a coffee drinker, i get their chocolate milk. ITS AMAZING! A small is only $ 2, a medium is $ 2.50 and a large is $ 3. Their chocolate chip muffin tops are delicious. I love the stamp card they give you. I got a large drink free today. I love how friendly they are.

The employees were extremely nice & friendly — a smile on all of their faces, which is always nice to see.
I ordered the Iced Chai Latte (which was a little too watery for me, but I’m really picky when it comes to the amount of ice in my drinks, haha). My cousin ordered the «Carmelizer» which was delicious. Anyway, I definitely recommend, and I know I will be back!

My first dutch bros experience was top notch! I had heard of Dutch Bros and have been wanting to check it out for some time and I must say that my coffee did not disappoint.
I got the annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut) on ice and it was perfect on that hot Saturday afternoon. My husband got the kicker (irish cream) which was okay. A little sweet for my taste and had an odd coconut flavor. I’d probably stick to the annihilator or try something else from the menu.
But the real reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. The guy taking our order was so friendly and personable. He made an effort to talk to both my husband and I and genuinely engaged in a refreshing conversation as we waited for our coffee. You NEVER get this kind of service at starbucks. The wait time seemed like nothing because we were just chatting it up. Since this was my first experience, I’m not sure if all Dutch Bros are like this but with this kind of service it’s definitely worth coming back!

Weve been to this Dutch Bros so many times its not even funny. We love all the locations weve been to in CA, Oregon and Vegas but Granite Bay is the best. Location is super convenient. Wether Im going to GB, Roseville, Rocklin, lincoln its an easy shot from EDH.
BROistas are so awesome and friendly. I have my favs but they are all really good. Wonderful bubbly personalities to brighten up my day. They make my drinks fast, tasty and they make me smile.
Coffee wise, Ive had everything. My favorites are the frozen Carmelizer and Crazy Hawaiian. I love the smoothies too.

I received a five-​star experience at this location today. The girl that took my order was SUPER enthusiastic, had a smile on her face and very happy to be working her job. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be visiting here again. She made me feel super welcome and helped me pick out a train that was to my liking.
Their price point is very good :-) I ordered a triple espresso with sugar free Carmel and a splash of almond milk :-)

I love this Dutch Bros location! I visit often and the staff is always exceptionally friendly. They usually remember my name and my order (Iced Annihilator — yum!!!).
I’ve read a couple of other reviews about this location being slow but that has never been my experience. I do not normally have to wait more than a couple of minutes, from start to finish.
The owners are personable and I love all the fundraisers they do. Keep up the good work!

Im always happy to hit a Dutch Bros. After a filling dinner it was time for some road caffeine. Got a large iced tea and chai. Employees are always super friendly. The one from Boise Idaho isa cutie. This branch seems to have adopted Square for their credit card payment system now so you dont always have to have cash for the tips. Great as always!
