Awful! It use to be a decent place. Management is non existent. Forget about your pizza being done on time. The really sad thing is no one there cares. Its just sad. I’ll never go back after Fridays ordeal. We ordered a pizza for carry out. I arrived on time and still had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes.

We ordered two pizzas and bread sticks on December 23rd around 4:30pm. They took are order and said it would be about 45 minutes. After 6:30 and my kids crying we finally went to McDonalds. This was our second bad experience with this Pizza Hut and we will never order another pizza from this location. So my kids go to bed around 8pm and the door bell rings at 9:30pm…can anyone guess who it was? The girl was nice and couldn’t believe that we ordered it 5 hours earlier. So she took the pizza with her and said she was sorry. Good luck if you order from this Pizza Hut.

Terrible customer service. Was quoted an hour pizza came little less than two hours. Called to ask about the pizza and was put on hold for five min… I would give it zero stars to had to rate it something to warn people.

This place seems to have a major problem with one thing. They cannot make pizzas in the time, or anywhere close to the time, that their app claims. Apart from that, great pizza place.

I don’t expect a lot from Pizza Hut, but this one didn’t even meet my low expectations. They took longer than they said they would to prepare our order, didn’t include all of our food in our carryout bag, and then didn’t offer any coupons, comps, etc. when we had to drive back to get it. Food was definitely less than tasty even with all of their menu changes. Bad, even for a pizza chain.

Operater never took our phone number, then proceeded to lose our order. Went to pick up pizza 45min after order was placed & they offered to «start» our order! NOT!

I’ll give them one star for not making me hold longer than 5 minutes the second time I called. Placed an order at 6:50pm for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by 8:10, but didn’t arrive until 8:35pm. Half the order was missing and the pizza box was caved in and 1⁄3 of the pizza’s cheese was stuck to the top inside of the box. Called to have the transaction cancelled, was put on hold for 7 minutes. Finally hung up and called back. The woman cancelled the transaction, apologized, and then hung up on me when I declined a credit on my account as I doubted we’d be using them again.

Wow you’d think Pizza Hut would be a little more prepared for the onslaught of orders for Super Bowl Sunday. I walked into a store filled with people. Most of them had all ordered their pizza online earlier in the day. Some as early as Noon. The staff had no idea where my order was or how long it would take Chaos at its best. Shame on you Pizza Hut!
