When it came time to choose the flooring for our new home, we visited the home improvement stores, the big box flooring stores and Johnson’s Carpet One in Grandville. Carpet One had the highest quality and amazing selection of wood flooring around. Rachel Harig, our design consultant and sales professional, was there every step of the way to help us with choosing, planning, measuring, delivering and installing a truly beautiful product. Rachel made our «A» grade flooring a total «A+» experience. Her advice, attention to detail, and product knowledge, made this a very fun and satisfying purchase. Great Salesmen. Okay installers. Very poor billing department that doesn’t return calls refuses to fix their mistakes. It’s been eight months since the work has been done. Whenever I get in a hold of someone, they say the problem will be fixed then I get the same bill with errors.

I recently used Johnson Carpet to replace my kitchen and dining area flooring. I had not purchased flooring in many years so I needed to be educated on what was available and what would be appropriate for my purposes.
Julie at Johnson was able to answer my questions and steer me in the right direction.
The installers were marvelous. Efficient, friendly and did a beautiful job. I am very happy with my new floors. Carpet replacement next!
