Well first off, my wife and I are satisfied with our selection. The sale man was a bit aggressive but that is to be expected. He really wanted a ssle, especially after I told him that we were not leaving until we make a purchase. He still bugged us and didn’t let us be. Anyway we took our time and made a great selection. The delivery was were we ran into issues. First off they didn’t have tools and needed to use mine, strike one. The driver and helper didn’t even know what we had, I thought reading an invoice was apart of their job and they were going to put the wrong legs on the couches if my wife didn’t stop them. Did I mentioned that I was at work, strike two. They forgot our tables and didn’t want to come back stating that they were not in the warehouse. I called from work and talked to the manager and he said they forgo g them and delivered later that day, with marks mind you. That is strike three. VCF warehouse staff are unprofessional people that need to be retrained on customer service. Instead of checking out my wife, maybe focus on getting the job done and upholding the VCF logo that they represent on yheir shirt. I am giving them a two star because of that alone.

Poor customer service will lie to you to sell a product. Even if you buy the protection they will not honor it. We spent 3000 dollars in the store to buy a sectional an ottoman and dinning room set. I said I wanted the sturdiest frame they had for our furniture because my kids were still young and would destroy it otherwise. Forward not even 6 months later my daughter is sitting at the table doing her school work and the table leg falls off and drops onto a chair breaking the chairs legs. She was thankfully sitting on the other side so did not get hurt. Next day my son sits on the sectional and we hear a crack. He is sitting inside it now as the frame broke. He was not even 60 lbs at the time. So we call them up to get a tech to come out. 2 weeks later we get a tech out who says its really damaged and he needs approval. Okay fine. We wait 30 days get nothing. Call them up sorry we need to send a tech out. Wait the tech was sent out. Never mind we are waiting for the film to be developed. He used a digital camera. Well we needed to wait for the store manager to get it approved. So this goes on time and again for 2 weeks. Finally get told we will be getting a replacement since they do not want to fix it. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to get in a new one. Fine thanks. Parts are ordered to fix your table and chairs. Yes I said chairs because 2 others broke from just being sat on. One was busted by our cat jumping onto the seat and the legs just broke off. So we wait 30 days again. Have not heard anything so we call to check on things. I get told the parts where never ordered and that they would not honor our protection/service plan because we intentionally broke the furniture. I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. I got a call from the Regional Director who told me they will never honor their plan and they will never fix anything. I was told I should sue but I was never in a position where I could afford to. So do not get screwed like I did stay away from this company.
