Big run around. Dropped it off on a Tuesday then received a email from them at 1am stating my iPad was fixed and ready for pick up. Went Wednesday to pick up and wasn’t done. Had to come back Thursday to pick it up. It was ready then. Christmas Eve wrapping it up and there is a piece of glass under the new glass they replaced… Really 4 th time back then had to wait 1 ½ to fix it again. Really 4 times back and forth and no discount at all for 2 mistakes they made. Don’t think I would refer them at all. Get it together and fix your email system if you are not sending them!!! He responded to my review in less than 24 hours. He was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say about my experience with them. He corrected the situation and offered to help with the problem. He was very professional about everything. Thank you Johnny you restored faith that there is still good olé customer service. My daughter told me about this place after she got her battery replaced and a new screen for her iPhone. I had some issues with my phone and she passed up other phone repair places and made sure we went here. Within one hour, my phone is like new and I would have had to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a brand new phone according to my provider and the Apple Store. Not only was extremely fast and efficient but the service was wonderful. The manager is extremely personable, knowledge and honest. I will absolutely go back!
