I had a very nasty bloody diarrhea stain that my dog left 7 months ago, no worries he is just fine. I was recommended Mr. Picky by an acquaintance, these guys did an amazing job with the stain and more importantly the whole house. My wife and I were very impressed. They also took some stains out that not even L&N could get out.
I would recommend these guys just because they care about your floors, and that they are not there to flip your house and make it to the next one.
