O was greatly disappointed in the service I received. I walked in at 325p and there was no other customers but myself. The cashier was preoccupied with stocking so she was half listening to my order and was short with me as I tried to give her the order. The place is very clean from what I could tell as well as the restroom. The seating is geared for two people. There is 3 tables that will sit 4 people. I ended up order a 6 piece with half Louisiana Rub and half lemon pepper with a side of veggies and blu cheese for dipping sauce. It takes about 20 minutes to cook wings so do not come in expecting to rush in and out. It’s just not gonna happen. Once you receive it, be prepared to wait another few minutes. THEYAREHOT! Well the lemon pepper were pretty good. The Louisiana dry rub was a lot of seasoning salt with probably Cayenne pepper added because it was salty and spicy. Either way I ate it all because I was starving. I will stick to the lemon pepper next time.

Terrible customer service, while I waited an hour to get my wings that I called in 3 people came in with their order incorrect. Management is abysmal, employees don’t seem to care either. Will never return again and I advise you to not come here.

Want an unreliable and poorly run place to order wings from then this is the place for you. I haven’t been to this location for a long time and now I realize why. I ordered my wings online at 5:32 pm and getting all email and order confirmation that my order will be done at 5:52 pm. I arrive at 5:55 pm and wait in line and then come up to the counter to pick up my wings. The cashier then says to me «oh your wings are not ready yet because I printed your order but the printer was broken and I couldn’t see what you ordered. I was going to call you but I got busy since I’m the only one who can take orders.» I then had to reorder my order and wait ANOTHER20 minutes before it gets done. I ask to speak to a manager and she states«there is no manager on duty.» SERIOUSLY?! What restaurant has NOMANAGERONDUTY? What kind of business does that. So basically I had to wait 50 minutes to get my wings and I had 3 kids with me: a 4 year old, a2 year old and a 1 year old. How fun was that to make them wait around doing nothing for 20 more minutes?! And yes the girl seemed very busy and overwhelmed, but since she couldn’t call me to ask me my order why couldn’t she get someone else to call me? There was an «expediter» who was giving people their completed orders AND answering the phone. Now why couldn’t this guy call me? That boggles my mind. AND all wings are usually cooked naked and then sauced up in the end. They should’ve put me up to be next in line to get my order because I truly ordered my wings before the ones who were there waiting for their order. This place is poorly run and highly do not recommend anyone going here.

Now this location is pretty much about the same size as the others… Small and green. Okay. I went in not too long ago and I just now had to do a review. When I first walked in, one of the employees directly told me that they were closed. I was stunned by the statement and saw my life flashed before my eyes. I just stood in a moment of silence for a bit and blinked my eyes. I’m a «body-builder,» too, and I was really hungry and I knew for a fact they don’t close at 9PM. So in my response, I was like, «Are you really?» and in my head I was like, «I don’t see you going under renovations so why are you still here, if you’re closed?» The ghetto in me was about to release, all hell was about to break loose. Felt like flippin’ a table or something. Then the employee goes, «Just kidding,» and failed to smirk though she was joking. So I placed my order to eat there, you would be mad, too, if you saw what I got. Small wings like WHAT! The ranch cup was even bigger than the wings! I was so infuriated. I asked if I could get new ones and they said that they have been really small that week. I stared at the wings thinking like the chickens they killed weren’t even legal to be served! I still ate it though. LOL! I still love Wingstop, but that was just unexpected and uncalled for. So it’s a 3⁄5 from me.

Small dining area that has only 5 or 6 tables. HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered over the phone, and when we arrived we received a COMPLETELYDIFFERENTORDER. The gentlemen there tried to upsize us to the a family pack, and completely forgot the specifications of our order. I went back twice and when we finally sat down to eat, the wings seasoning were wrong. They’re lucky the dont wear name tags, but I just angry enough I write corporate a letter. All can be forgiven but bad customer service is the unpardonable sin. Especially when you get bad service back To back with different members of The Wing stop team. Go at your owns risk!

9 times out of 10 this wing stop is accurately disappointing! I just left not to long ago, and I haven’t been to this location in the longest. I ordered to go, and I didn’t get my ranch. My fries taste old, and I waited about 25 minutes for my food. It’d be different if I came in, got my food right away, and then my food sucked. No, I had to wait. I wish there was another wing stop closer to me.

By far the worst, I made an order online last Sunday, It said it will be ready in 20mins ended up waiting 45 mins, & when it came to my turn they told they were sorry there Printer is out of order & my online order never made it in the system!!! A Bunch of croc! Never AGAIN!!! if there was a ½ a star rating I would have given them this.

the food is always hit and miss at both locations in Grand Prairie, the service at the S. Carrier location is better than the E. Pioneer location(next to lil’ ceasars in front of Kroger), and I suggest for both locations you either use the app or order online rather than call. Or your best bet to make sure you’re order is right, is to just deal with the wait and order when you arrive.

I love the food but the service here is absolutely atrocious. First they put you on hold for 20 minutes. Then when they answer they just put you right back on hold or HANGUPONYOU. Fucking ridiculous. As soon as I got here, the tall light skinned black lady cut off the girl that was helping Me. This place needs serious help

Cold, dirty dining area and slow service. I’ve been to plenty of great wing stops, this one is lacking proper management because as small as the dining area is, there is no reason to not keep it clean. Yet my dine in experience crammed me into the only avail table in the small cold and cramped hallway for my family of four. Dont plan on repeating the experience,.

I’ve been to 3 WingStop locations ever, and this is my FAVORITE one. I’ve been coming here for years. I always phone in my orders. They take care of my late night hunger when all other restaurants in the area are closed. I’ve never had a problem with anything here.(Except their counters are for giants, and I’m a little asian woman.) This is a franchise, so they run it all pretty much the same, but there’s something about this location that I really like– maybe it’s just conveniently located near my house, has large pieces of wings, sauces it perfectly, and I love their french fries with extra seasoning!
