Papa John’s Pizza

it looked like my pizza was dropped on the floor and put back into the box. I have picture of the crust yuck.

Terrible service, terrible product, and the customer service department for papa johns is even worse. Well, were to begin, I made an order here about 9 days ago and it was online order. I didn’t order anything crazy just a simple pizza with the usual toppings and I asked for thin crust.
Well, when I finally did receive my pizza a whole hour plus later, they had forgotten the wings and asked if we wanted him to go back and get them. What kind of question is that of course I want the wings I placed an order for them didn’t I? So he explains that it could be another 20 to 30 minutes and said he would throw a free soda for our troubles. When he gets back with no soda and you would think if anything you would at least stick them in an oven and heat them to make them seem fresh but apparently thats to much to ask.
Now back to the pizza itself, when he handed my wife the pizza we noticed the box was a little out of shape. We said it seems like it had been dropped and sure enough we opened it and there was grease and tomato sauce on the top of the lid. On top of that the pizza hardly had any toppings and it was ICE cold and thats being generous to say the least. To top it all off they put the thickest crust possible on that pizza when I had asked for thin.
Im not usually the type to complain but that is why things never get fixed. So I decide to go straight to their corporate customer service and filled a complaint. Usually when you complain directly to the location they try and intimidate you so you can go away or they give you the run around. Well, the customer service emailed me back and gave me the usual automated generic email that says we are so sorry for this blah blah blah and as I suspected they haven’t and probably won’t hoping that complaints go away and they continue running their business as usual.
Its funny because someone complained in 2012 on the google review and they pretty much had the same complaint as I did and 3 years later this location can’t get it together. I took pictures and have the email from their corporate to in case they think I’m lying. Anyway I would suggest stay away and spend your hard earn money somewhere else. Which is sad because we don’t eat out much and the time we did and spent $ 30 on something that wasn’t even worth the price or the headache.

I am extremely upset. I simply placed an online order using my points earned for a free pizza, having achieved 25 points. I then placed another pizza order thinking that I had used my free pizza million give away voucher. UN-​fortunately I forgot to apply it and called the Pizza Hut Store in Grand Prairie and spoke to a representative there. Did not seem like he knew what he was talking about, so I asked to speak to a manager. I was simply asking him how I could APPLY the discount to my pizza, since it was being charged or simply if I could bring my pizza voucher and show him it was a part of the free pizza million give away. He claimed to be the manager!!! And he said, he had many other things to do and he was too busy to show me how to apply the discount or to even look at my voucher. He didn’t even want to help me and then he even had the nerve to HANG up on me!!! YES. A MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME.
Now on my records it is showing that my free pizza is being used for this order. But I am NOT going to pick up this order considering he and his staff are going to spit in it!!! HOW CAN I EVEN TRUST THAT PIZZA?!! Poor service!!! And lack of customer care!!!
I am extremely upset because this manager was UN-​professional, I could barely understand him, could not even believe he was a manager… NO managerial skills what so ever. He had no care or concern and had the nerve to say, «I have better things to do. I’m busy» and HUNG UP ON ME!!!
If Papa Johns wants to keep there brand and standard, this is not the way to go. I am so up upset because Papa Johns was my favorite Pizza Chain.
