This is my go to cleaners. My clothes are always done right and the service is good. I would recommend!

I have given this location 3 times and each time I have been disappointed. They people there are not very friendly. They advertise to bring in your clothes before 9a. I brought my clothes in at 8:57a on a Saturday «after» waiting approx 5 mins behind a customer. The said please pick up after 4p. I went back at 4p and the same worker says these won’t be ready until Monday after 4pm. I said «you» took my clothes before 9am. It went no where! Do not take your clothes to this place. DCSC across the street does a better job on cleaning and customer service. 3 times of failure is enough for me!

I don’t know if this place has improved, but they ruined 2 of my items on only my second trip there. I will never go back. The owner/​manager? yelled at me when I brought my pants in that had a green sheen of dry cleaning chemicals on them. He said I put it on there. It was very embarrassing for me. All I wanted was them todo was fix the problem-​quietly– I didn’t expect to be treated like a Walmart shopper who lives in the trailer park. They did get the chemicals off the pants, but only after I threatened to contact everyone in Westchester and let them know what happened. The other was with a leather belt that shredded when I got home. They should have known to send that out to be specially cleaned. I didn’t even bother complaining about that… Lesson learned Go to Polo Cleaners…
