It’s a grocery store but at 7am it’s nice, clean and organized the red velvet muffin I got was hard. There goes muffin.

This Albertsons is in a great location but it is in dire need of a renovation. I remember coming to this store years ago to visit the Bank of America branch that is no longer inside. When I walked into the store today, it looked like it did eight years ago. Needless to say, this store needs a bit of updating. Despite the outdated look, this Albertsons has a decent variety of food and other items offered. Surprisingly, their wine section had some interesting bottles and I will be back to check them out. As far as food is concerned, their prices are not the best in the area. Plus there is no gas station so I would rather shop where I can earn gas rewards.

The Albertsons at this location has great specials, fresh produce, and a logical user-friendly lay-out. The people are genuinely kind, which makes for a happy shopping experience. All of the employees work so hard, but are never too busy to help. Over the past year, they’ve earned my business as a loyal customer.

We found out that there are 2 Albertson’s stores on Carrier in Grand Prairie. One is open till 11 and the other till midnight. I forget which is which. The one that closed at 11 had a very rude employee rushing us out of the store, even after I explained what had happened. At another grocery store I worked at, if that had happened, I would have helped the customer find the 3 items they needed. Not a great way to make a third shifter want to shop there anymore.
