Had such a wonderful waitress named Breyana which helped us make some wonderful choices from start to finish. Everything was wonderful. Hope to visit again next time were in town! She is a very good asset to your business!

The service in Weatherford when I ate last week was exceptional however the Granbury is HORRIBLE! I literally waited at the front for five minutes when there was one table in the whole place. The waitress is outside smoking the whole time so had to grab my own drink from the bar and it was disgusting had to return it twice before I decided to just give up on drinking because they have no clue how to make a drink here. I just watched other people wait in the front for five plus minutes with several wait staff members hanging out outside doing nothing and then picked her nose taking the family to the table! I will never be back here no wonder this place is always dead every time I come in.

The Crawfish and Shrimp Étouffée is the bomb! The meal also comes with a decent tossed salad. Great service, too! The price is reasonable as well. They make a good cheddar biscuit, they just need to serve them with the meal, also, not just as a free Hors d’œuvre. I try to eat here once every week that I’m in town.

We ordered take out. Only complaint was we ordered our steaks medium rare and one was well and the other was medium. Other than that, the food was really good. I will order from them again.

We loved our food. We had the seafood chowder, raw oysters, the red snapper and the cod. It was all great. The waiter was brutally honest, which was greatness. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. We will definitely be going back to try more of the seafood choices.

Would give negative stars if possible. First off my drink had black stuff floating in, the service was slow and the whole restaurant had a really bad fishy smell to it. The biscuits were greasy and tasted funny. I ordered the pepper encrusted steak and it was the worst steak I have ever had in my life. It tasted like a mix of hot dogs and rotten meat that had been coated in nothing but peppercorn. My fiancé had the seafood platter and the grease it was fried in was old and tasted as though it had not been changed in years. I will never go back to this restaurant and I definitely don’t recommend it.

My wife & I stopped by here last week during our stay & we were more than satisfied with our meal! I had the surf & turf while the Mrs. had stuffed trout. Portions were large & tasty! Started off with the seafood chowder & I must say, that shiz was delish! Can’t say I’ve had a seafood chowder with salmon in it before, but man was that good! Service can keep you waiting a bit more than you’d like, but they were friendly nonetheless.

We had an excellent experience at Flames! Michael was our server and he made sure that everything was just right. If you’re passing through Granbury, then Flames is a must!

Some good, some bad. My blackened salmon was cooked perfectly. The greek salad was very good. The calamari was bland. My wife’s fried shrimp was soggy and bland. The staff was friendly. The happy hour drink specials were cheap.

Just moved here from Austin which is loaded with great restaurants & pleasantly surprised to find a really nice Cajun seafood restaurant in Granbury. Service was fast & good. Had crab stuffed flounder which was excellent. Nicely presented & plentiful without being over served. Wine menu so-so. Nice menu overall & will look forward to future visits.

In town for one night, we decided to try this place out. We wanted some fresh food and we were blown away by this place. The service was top notch. Our server was quick, helpful, considerate, and genuine. The food was wonderful. We all ordered something different to eat, and EVERYTHING we tried was phenomenal. Fried pickles were great, and the crab stuffed flounder was a whole different level of good. If you are willing to spend a few extra dollars for a great dinner, this is the place to go if you’re nearby.

I love this place. I have never had a bad meal but the Flames salad topped with grilled salmon is my favorite. Dine in and have a super cold beer or carry out and rest assured they will pack it well and they never forget a thing. Yum!

probably some of the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. The shrimp po boy was also a lot better than I expected. and the cajun fries were delicious. only reason not 5 stars is because my husband got the Flames Burger, which was supposed to have a jalapeño bun, which it looked like it did bit he said there wasn’t any taste of it. but still a good burger. if were ever in the area again well be back. wanting to try the lobster bisque. and just as a small precaution, watch out for the ketchup bottle… mine just happened to explode thankfully it missed me and my husband thought it was hilarious.

So disappointed with this place. Our service was horrible. Our food was cold and gross. My drink wasn’t made right. It was an over all bad experience. I normally give places a second try but this place really won’t be on my go to list anytime soon.

Met clients in Granbury yesterday and this was their pick. The fish was amazing. Looks like a great place for lunch meetings and family dinners. For the amount of food and quality the prices are spot on! P. S.THEFRESHCUTFRENCHFRIESWEREAMAZING!

A few weeks ago, Flames sent out a text for a meal special that was«Crab-Stuffed Chicken Breast with Jalapeño mashed potatos, bread and a drink for $ 6.95» I picked up a couple of these«to go,» and they were simply DIVINE! So, tonight, we decided to dine in. The restaurant is MUCH larger than one would expect when viewing from the outside. Nicely decorated, and very open, they have both table and booth seating to suit your desire. For starters, we got the Calamari. Perfectly done, light and tasty, and the marinara sauce was a superb accompaniment. I chose the«Seared Ahi Tuna with Dirty Rice,» and my wife ordered the«Grilled Fish Tacos.» Our salads and Calamari came out at the same time. Salads were plentiful with nice greens, shaved carrot, and tomato. However, before we even got through our appetizer and salads… here comes the main course. Normally, this is a big no-no in my book, but I just let it go. My wife’s tacos were plain and simple. A filet of fish, char-grilled, with a cabbage slaw and sauce x2. The plate was ridiculously large, and since she got the salad in place of the normal rice, the poor little tacos looked fairly shy of competing with the plate size(too large). My Ahi Tuna was nicely presented(see photo) over a bed of Creole rice(not dirty rice), with a mango chutney with onion and peppers to top it off. It was accompanied by a slice of baguette(raw). Only one problem… the tuna was WAY over done(dry), but was still pretty tasty. Our waiter, on the other hand, was really superb. His name is «Granit,» and hails(originally) from Yugoslavia. Extremely nice, and if you’ve been to Pastafina in town, you’ll probably recognize him. Yes, Flames is apparently a sister-company of our local Italian eatery here. We will certainly be back, and look forward to our next visit here to try something new. Prices are a bit higher(compared to local fare), but certainly suit the overall quality of the dining experience. Believe me, I’ve paid much more for sub-par seafood before. Flames is certainly worth the visit! A blend of traditional, straight-forward flavors and some Cajun style ones as well. A few steaks are on the menu, but lots of fish and seafood varieties that will certainly meet your expectations.
