We were needing an in home senior caregiver to assist my mom. We called Your Direct Health Care because they were close to the thousand oaks area. They really helped out us a lot. They sent us local caregivers from Agoura hill and surrounding cities which really helped out a lot. The caregivers they had sent did an amazing job with our family. Jessica helped out with meal preparation and medication reminders. She even did a 24 hour live in shift a few times she was great

We were visiting from Las vegas and needed someone to help my family member here in the Thousand Oaks area. I called from out of state to set up a meeting with Your Direct Health Care. When I met with the manager he was very polite and answered all my questions. They gave us a great caregiver who was a huge help. They even did extra by cleaning and the home and doing meal preparation for next day.

We needed an emergency caregiver (CNA nurse aide to come assist my senior loved one. He was needing some senior caregivers fast. We had no one to assist we had looked online for a senior home caregiver agency and were able to locate this home care agency. On a Saturday we were able to call them and have a Director show up within 1 hour. After he showed up and went over our family members needs he was able to give us the best home care price that we had to sign up. Within a few hours we had a great nurse graduate named Franklin come to our home and help dad for that day. He assisted dad with his medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation and turning. The service this home care agency provided was so good that we decided to use them for the next few days. Dad’s condition was bad and the fact that they were able to do this on a Saturday as amazing. This agency was top notch and they really helped my family and I when we needed caregivers most.
