I had my engagement ring custom hand-​made by Van himself who is an absolute gem! Both Van & Nazik are amazing & very welcoming. I love it here. Van was so helpful, kind & considerate of everything from the very beginning & he made sure that the final results were exactly what I wanted. He is our go-​to guy for all our jewelry needs, thats for sure. He will also be making our wedding bands for my fiancé & me very soon.

Been coming to Van’s Jewelry for years. Van and Nancy his wife are nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, cordial, and wonderful people. Van has a special eye for making jewelry. Has never overcharged me, if he charges me in the first place. I feel like their my family. I would highly recommend Van’s Jewelry to anyone that asks. One great guy and a wonderful lady. They deserve a 10+ in my book.

If your answer was someone you can trust then Van is your man. I have been going to Van for years with my Mother and have always watched their interactions closely. I now have a beautiful engagement ring on my finger along with a custom made necklace around my neck. From what my future Husband has told me Van was easy to work with and funny.

I had a new watch that needed its strap resized because my wrist was too small. I am busy and coming here is out of the way from my usual errands. I came in on a Wednesday at 3PM and the owner buzzed me into the security gate. But after hearing what I needed to have done, asked me to come back the next day «around 10AM» because «something came up.» Would have been nice if he had said this BEFORE I told him what I needed done. Seems like he was filtering customers because he wanted to close early.
I finally managed to get myself back there again to get the watch done and owner charged me $ 9 to take a couple links off. Ouch. I called on a Wednesday to avoid coming in and being turned away. He said he wasn’t at work, and to come in on Thursday. The business card says he is open Wednesday to Sunday. Looks like he sets up his own hours…
My friend took her Movado watch in to have ONE SCREW replaced. it cost $ 20. Service is inconsistent here. I will find another place to take my jewelry/​watches, at least to someone who keeps more consistent business hours and values my time.
