This franchise deserves 0 stars for hiring very inexperienced employees in handling customer complaints with regards to their extreme lack of skills in color services. Supercuts needs to hire better trained people for hair color or simply stick to haircuts.

I am not normally one to write reviews, but my last two experiences at this location have gone way above my expectations! Meg has cut and colored my hair amazingly! Everyone who has seen my hair is so supposed when I tell them where I had my hair done! I’m not. Meg is amazing!

Worst place, I asked for them to cut my hair a certain length and cut it way to short!!! Not what I asked for !!! To make it worse the lady that works in the front said the blow dry comes with the hair cut and tried to argue with me that shit did not say that. So unprofessional !!! I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I’ve been coming here for years now. Chris has been styling/​cutting my hair since I started coming and never have I been disappointed, her work is amazing!!! The service is outstanding and the rest of the staff is really courteous. Annie and Brianna are always happy to see me and greet me with a smile. Never a dull moment at Supercuts!

Not very happy — asked for a trim and was given short layers all over.
Went back after I noticed and informed the saloon and showed them what she had done .
They apologized and gave me my money back; but, unfortunately– it’s not going to bring my hair back

Christine is amazing. She listens, is very attentive, kind and her professional manner is exquisite. The best part about getting haircuts from her are the compliments I receive out there in the world. Nothing really beats that. Appointments are easy to set up and parking is easy to find. I brought my 2 sons in today for haircuts. They are 2 and 4. Their haircuts are perfect! Courtney and Maureen were so good with my boys. So patient and kind. We’ve been to a few places for their haircuts. This was a great experience for all of us. I’m so glad that we have this Supercuts just 4 blocks from our new home!

I was given a clear price quote over the phone and it more than doubled when I arrived. She didn’t apologize or honor it. Stylist even attempted to flat iron hair dry. Is that healthy?

received a less than average hair cut some days ago from a really nice woman who asked all the right questions but clearly doesn’t have much more than the basics under her belt. i came in with an overgrown a-​line bob and asked for it to be evened out and to get a few face framing layers added in, emphasizing the need to everything to be long enough to be pulled pack into a ponytail.
well, i am somewhat evened out on the bottom, and the face framing layers are more blunt than layered, but i did maintain sufficient length to pull everything back, and lo! i got it in less than 10 minutes in the chair… probably more like 5 minutes…
serves me right for feeling cheap and not going to dej salon and paying for a real style. alas, i will now need to wait some additional months before rectifying this blunder.

Fastest haircut I’ve ever had, probably less than 5 minutes and that’s not a compliment. I felt the lady was in a hurry and has to go back to school or training. Result of that is one of the worst haircut I’ve ever had that I have to endure for days. I’ll have someone else clean it up.
Before she started my hair and while I was waiting, I was observing another customer and a different lady, she is very meticulous so I assumed I will get the same treatment. I wished I had asked for her to do my hair. I don’t recommend this place unless you know the hair stylist. If I can give this place a Zero star, I would.

I dont know about everyone else but I love my hair and trusting someone to touch it is a big deal for me. So its challanging to find a great haistylist. Someone who listens, knows what they’re doing, isnt hard to make an appointment for, is reasonably priced AND friendly. Luckily I think I’ve found all these qualities in Courtney. She listens to what I want, gives suggestions when needed and makes me feel comfortable while sitting in her chair. Shes exactly what I look for in a hairstylist.

I had a really great experience. Good location, professional atmosphere. Everyone there was very nice and ample parking (note-​I was there @ 11am)
I have only been there once, and my stylist was Trina. I highly recommend her. 5 Stars! She is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to how you want your hair cut.
I was greeted right as I walked in and sat down immediately and was done shortly after.
Left with a good feeling and with a great haircut! Definitely be back again!

If you have kids like I do, then this is the perfect place for you. I have two boys and their hair grows so fast that I am constantly taking them to this place. It’s cheap and they are friendly and fast. I go Sunday mornings because there is hardly anyone there. This is my go-​to place for fast, affordable, good quality hair cuts.
I didn’t give it 5 stars, not because of the place, but because of the location. If you go any other time besides 9 – 11 in the morning, the parking lot is so crowded, finding a spot is impossible.
