Good customer service… Great Food… this. Is a great place… bring your family and ty it for yourself…

It’s hit or miss. Today I went at about 11:30 am, ordered a chicken finger plate and a drink ($ 9.11), and the food came out within 30 seconds after I ordered. However, everything (chicken fingers, toast, and fries) were all lukewarm, and the chicken fingers were DRY. This was a really terrible fast food meal at the $ 9+ price point.
The last time I went to this same Zaxby’s a month or two ago, I had to wait a little while for the chicken finger plate, but everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious and the chicken fingers were moist and juicy. Same meal, totally worth the $ 9+ price point.
My guess is it’s a tradeoff for them — either the food is slow and the customer gets mad at the wait, or the food is fast but the customer is mad at the quality. It’s too bad that they don’t ask when you order whether you’d rather have speed or good food. Me, I’d rather good food, especially if it’s going to be expensive for what it is.

The service here is ridiculously slow! I enjoy grabbing a salad from here on occasion, but I believe this visit is my last! After waiting for an incompetent worker to take the order of an insanely diet restricted lady, we ended up waiting ten minutes for food. The order came up as we were heading up to cancel it.
Other Zaxbys are slow at times, but not like this place.

My opinion of Zaxby’s changed over time. At first I thought it was to greasy but over time I realized that it was just right. This clearly grew on me like a fungus and I have grown to love Zaxby’s. Their meat is of a decent quality and their Zax sauce brings it all together. It is a recipe that makes you scream for joy. They also serve seasoned fries that are delicious and not overdone. They are very crispy and never soggy. I prefer their Zaxby Club combo and their buffalo chicken salad. Both are to die for literally.
This Zaxby’s is a typical Zaxby’s and does not lack in anything. They have the same flare on the walls. They have the same great tasting milkshakes and they have the same great quality in chicken. They have not yet let me down and I will keep going there for that reason alone. Zaxby’s seems to be the home of no gripes and no disappointments.

Oh my Lord, I cannot believe how SALTY this food was. I have never eaten here before, and after much consideration between myself and my husband, we decided to eat some «Southern chicken».
My husband got a chicken sandwich with sauce, on toast. There appeared to be no sauce on the sandwich, but after he bit into it, a FLOOD of sauce dripped out the bottom. It was shocking to behold. I exclaimed, «It’s like the clown car of sauce. Your sandwich holds a portal to another dimension — a sauce dimension!» Why was there so much sauce on this sandwich? Was it a mistake, is this normal? Eventually so much sauce flowed out that the sandwich itself had the appropriate amount.
I got the club sandwich. It was good and had a mild taste, at least compared to the fires. I didn’t quite appreciate the cheese slice on the sandwich, since my morality forbids me from eating «processed cheese product». But the rest was good, and I liked the fresh tomato. I love tomatoes.
The fries were coated in salt with spice. I don’t know what spice. Probably not a lot of spice, and mostly crystallized spice-​flavored concoctions.
We also got onion rings, which tasted good, but they were kinda pathetic. The horseradish mayonnaise sauce accompanying them was good. My husband told me it’s the «Zaxby’s» sauce. Oh and guess what, the onion rings were salty too!
The moral of the story: I don’t trust those corporate food scientists of fast food chains. They develop freaky food hybrids for the cause of profit.
The restaurant itself was cool. It has good lighting!

I would take the kids here after karate. They love the fries and a salad.

Oh my my! I call it a win when you can get 20 hot wings drenched in sauce, two sweet teas, and an order of spicy fried mushrooms for a little over $ 20. So zesty, tangy, and Spicy! There’s a variety of sauces to choose from. Some hot, some not, so you can customize your order how you want it. And the best thing? It’s all done really quickly. Delicious hot wings in under 10min. Woot! They also have some pretty good salads, but, why bother?
