KFC

Walked into the restaurant and placed my order. No problem. While waiting, I observed one of the employees empty two smaller previously prepared portions and put them into a large sized container. Are you kidding me? Is this even allowed? Where was the manager? Was it the one in the different colored shirt from the rest of the employees that I observed nearby?
Having been there previously, I usually see them take the chicken out of the warmer and placed directly into the box I receive. Strangely, I did not see that this time. I assumed that maybe they had all the chicken in the drive through warmer since it was slightly after 6:00 PM.
Once I got home, I was very upset at what I found. The chicken was all stuck together and had to be pulled apart to be served to my family. It was greasy and the breading was clumpy. It appeared that the chicken had been sitting for some time. The chicken was so tight that it filled only ½ the bucket. In one word, this chicken was TERRIBLE! SOME OF THE WORST CHICKEN THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN SERVED.
Having worked at KFC long ago in high school, I know what the Standards are at KFC, and this establishment is no where near it. I would have been fired if I had served this chicken to any of my customers. THIS STORE IS A DISGRACE TO KFC.
In hindsight, I should have known better, because this is not the first time I have be served poorly. I decided to try again, hoping things would improve but it only got worse. If I were in such a position, I would FIRE every employee from the Store Manager on down, clean the place up, and start over.
I WILL NOT RETURN. Instead, I will go to PUBLIX, which has the BEST chicken in the area.

If it was possible I would give this place a negative star. First I walk in and the girl waiting on me acts like she’s doing me a favor by taking my order, extremeley RUDE!!! Then I specfically said I wanted 2 chicken breasts, I get home and I have 1 chicken breast and 1 wing. I know I should probably have checked but I was trying to get back home to my elderly mother. The mashed potatoes looked like they have been sitting around all day, gravy was all dried up. Most of dinner ended up in the trash!!! WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!!!
